Fantastic experience: They are a highly responsible and responsive letting company. I never experienced any poor customer service from all my correspondence with any member of staff. Toni Butler was most helpful as the letting administrator. Gave all the support, was very understanding. Responds to all queries in a timely manner. Negative experience: I rented with Biscayne properties for nearly 2 years. It was generally a good experience. Maintenance issues were often only followed up with lots of prompting but this wasn’t a massive issue in my opinion. The moving out process was very disappointing and stressful. I was informed that a large chunk of my deposit would be deducted to account for cleaning, despite the flat being spotless when I left. Moving house is stressful enough but this added to the stress. I managed to get the full deposit back after providing screenshots and pictures/videos I’d taken of the flat. Just be mindful of this!

Fantastic experience: I’ve just moved out of my second property with Biscayne and couldn’t recommend them more. Both apartments were beautiful, fully furnished and great city centre location. Toni and the team are responsive and helpful and maintenance were equally as helpful and friendly. Both moves were easy and stress free and I couldn’t have asked for better communication throughout. The tenancy has been the smoothest I have ever had, with Toni always handling everything promptly and efficiently, any issue was resolved immediately, and replies were always swift and helpful. The concierge, Kaps, has also been fantastic, consistently ensuring everything is maintained to the highest standard and going above and beyond whenever needed. Negative experience: If you are a landlord do not entrust the letting to these lot. They will effect the appeal of your house with there poor staff and turn away good tenants through that. Worst viewing I've had. The house wasn't too bad. Possibly would have applied. The agent said in total 2 sentences through the whole thing. What your name? and we will email you. Regardless of if a property is popular the agents job is to put the property in the best light possible. There was not a hello or good morning. Nothing. Bland dead face rude attitude.

The maintenance team were efficcient and even more courteous. The repayment of our deposit was also swift. Toni Butler and her gang! I could only class them as Outstanding!! Having been a resident In a property managed by Biscayne for a few years now, I cannot fault them on their services. I have always had prompt repsonses and resolutions from them when any issues have occurred. When I had to move out of my flat unexpectedly due to issues with the building, no fault of Biscaynes, Georgia at Biscyane went over and beyond for me trying to help me with my situation even out of her work hours and was so helpful in getting me a new home even when I was no longer their tenant. Anyone considering using Biscayne for any of their services should rest assured that they will offer a professional and exellent service. Thanks again to the team for all of your help and I would personally suggest Georgia deserves a promotion :)

Positive experience: Rent went up 3/4 times in the 2 years I was living there, small 1 bed room flat started at 525 went to 650. Thieves were breaking into the building and stealing peoples parcels and post, all they did is put a poster up about them didn't think to change the door code or increase security. Easy enough to get things fixed up and the staff around are pleasant. The top floor I think is also like hotel apartments get all sorts of riff raff coming in and they leave drugs outside the building and can be partying late in the night, fire alarm goes off at horrendous times and doesn't stop, went off at 4am once on a Monday night, wasnt a real fire. Druggies all on the street outside the building you’ll see them regularly, unsafe area your car will get broken into if you leave it on a random street or even in some places you pay for parking

Positive experience: Generally a good company to deal with if dealing with them as a tenant. Deal with things is an okay manner sometimes I think they can be slow at dealing with things but they do get it done. Sometimes its very context based so its not always the estate agents fault but since as a tenant we need to go through them there are expectations on them to get things done properly and swiftly. Generally a good estate agent to deal with so giving a 3 star review for them which I would say is good. if there was a possibility of a 0.5 star I would have given 3.5 out of 5 star rating.

Fantastic experience: I rented with Biscayne Properties for a year. They are by far the best estate agents I have ever had the pleasure of renting off. Toni was particularly helpful and dealt with all of my concerns and queries in a very timely manner. For example, after I had vacated the property I realised I had left the Wifi router in the flat. Toni kindly went to collect the router. I also paid rent for the month after I left the property by mistake. I alerted Toni to this and the money was returned to my account on the same day. Toni went above and beyond what is expected of an estate agent. My deposit was returned without issue. I cannot recommend renting off Biscayne properties highly enough!

Negative experience: They don't even deserve 1 star, but it doesn't let me give a lower review. If you are a landlord, do NOT entrust your property to this agent. They are negligent, lie about checking on maintenance of the property. Rude and unhelpful staff, who are extremely lazy and incapable of doing a good job. The worst estate agency in Bradford.

Fantastic experience: I walked into Biscayne with the hope they could provide me with an apartment asap. I had already tried other letting agents and there was waiting list upon waiting list. Toni greeted me and listened to what I wanted and within minutes had a selection of newly available properties for me to look at. That afternoon she sent me a video viewing of the apartment I inquired about. I liked the apartment and asked to secure it which she did instantly for me and kept me in the loop all the way through the process. I had said that I needed to move in sooner rather than later as was couch surfing at the time. Within a week it had been cleaned, everything put in place and I was given my keys. Very professional company, very friendly and supportive and always there to help if needed. I'm very happy with my new home. Thanks Toni for making it so easy and getting me moved in so quickly, massive help.

Negative experience: I enquired about a property numerous times, by email and calls. Was told I would hear back and even after repeated calls I never did. I found it unprofessional and was told I would struggle based on literally no actual knowledge about me. Disappointing and not very professional.

Fantastic experience: We couldn't be more grateful with Biscayne Properties, specially with Stacy and Russell. Here it goes our review... We wanted to rent a 2 bedroom furbished flat, but we wanted one bedroom without a bed, so we could easily fix a desk. I called all letting agencies in Bradford (6 weeks before the move-in date) and Biscayne were the ONLY ONES to help us finding a flat with the conditions above. As soon as I contacted them, they were super professionals, respectful and kind. Russell sent us 3 videos of flats that suited our enquiries. He gave us some time to think about them and even got us a view with all precautions taking, considering COVID-19 (he let us go to the apartment, which was left open for us to check, so no contact was ever made). Russell kindly answered all of our questions (and we had a very few!!!) and made sure that we understood everything. Once we viewed the flat, we paid the reservation fee and started to email Stacy about general enquiries and a reference fee that OTHER letting agency asked us to pay. Stacy very kindly guided us and made sure that in order to pay to the other agency, we had the correct documentation. A week priorly our move in date, Stacy has made sure that we are happy about everything and has answered all of our enquiries very promptly. We have been making contact via e-mails, but they were surprisingly quick. The process has been smooth and good. Again, professionalism from this company is ASTONISHING. May I have this opportunity to give advice to people who is looking for a new flat in Bradford: please, please, PLEASE!!!! rent with Biscayne Properties. Customer services is awesome, even now that COVID 19 is making our lives very difficult. They have flats that are very beautiful and prices are normal for the areas they are in. We couldn't be happier!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: They gave us the green light to move in, and after that discovering that the furniture is missing for 3 bedrooms and i kept contacting biscayne properties office for more than a month every single day a new excuse and saying that the furniture company is not answering a very poor service from biscayne properties-Bradford. Fantastic experience: Student living for 5 years all over Bradford, so I have experience with different property management around the city. But I can say that biscayne is one of the best, I only wish I used them sooner. They kept to promises and always delivered the best service possible, friendly staff and strong management. All letting services come with pitfalls but if you had to compare to others, biscayne outperformed them. Never had such a spacious clean modern appartment like the one I had with biscayne and for the price I was laughing to the bank, best locations especially if you are a student who plans to work part time. When it came to maintenance the team will make sure things are sorted and you feel prioritised. Would recommend to anyone student or professional who plans to live in Bradford

Negative experience: Very poor moved in with my baby the house was full of damp mould never fixed any issues. There was rotting floor boards, Leaking pipes. The boiler was burning us all the time.mould and damp in very single room. Mould growing on backs of new furniture. Biscyane/landlord Never kept promises to fix issues. And they except people to pay to live like that. A really rude member or staff who speaks to customers all the time like dirt on her shoe. Even the doctor and enviromental health got involved and told us to move due to affecting our health.I would never recommend these again the only reason I have a higher review is Because 1 member of the staff was very helpful siara. I will not be wasting anymore time with a landlord like this one not willing to repair issues caused by mold and damp the problems just get painted over and the next poor family will suffer with the issues in this house. But they want money from people and don't care about the health and wellbeing of families who move in. This review is a reply to your response below. I will not be coming to speak to anyone from Biscayne again. There are no issues I ended the tenancy due my family be coming ill from the state of the property you rent out.

Fantastic experience: Quick, prompt and timely resolutions were provided by Justin and his team. I Had few minor issues with the apartment when I had moved in but were resolved very quickly by Biscayne's staff.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service, they don't take any reports for property issues seriously. They only started to take real action when I had informed Housing Associations about the issues and they had to step in. Don't expect anything amazing from these guys.

Negative experience: 21 days after leaving the property and still not had any details to get my bond back charged me £50 just because there was a finger print mark on the shower cubicle ! would not recommend these at all
