Fantastic experience: Great experience dealing with Noah whilst selling and purchasing my property, may have the words Trainee attached to his emails but does not seem to lack enthusiasm and wisdom of the job. Great communication and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I could not recommend him enough to anybody wanting to sell or buy, the man knows how to do his job.

Negative experience: Sale completed, but the process was much more stressful than it should have been. I was advised to proceed with a buyer presented as being in a strong financial position, which influenced me to decline another offer. This later proved not to be the case, leading to delays and disruption. Communication was polite, but I did not feel fully supported when issues arose, and my complaint did not lead to any meaningful resolution.

Fantastic experience: I have to say the team were excellent throughout a difficult sale. Natalie and Noah were beyond helpful all the way through. Couldn't recommend highly enough. We now own our dream house - thanks for your support.

Negative experience: I’ve emailed in now twice on right move to view a house on lane side. And no one has had the decency to call or return an email. This is not a great service for the people choosing to try sell with them. you should have used some other company . I hope you change estate agents and I’ll try again with them. This post was correct I have just got round to reviewing it as the previous one wasn’t allowed via Google rules

Fantastic experience: Brilliant service from Natalie & all the sales team at Bronte Estates, Queensbury. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly service through the selling process. We exchanged and completed within only 3 months. Viewings were booked in very efficiently and follow up ‘buyer’ feed back chased up quickly. Communication with the team was excellent, they were always available to deal with any questions or queries we had. Great value for money. We would highly recommend this local family run business. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Positive experience: Sold my property through Bronte Estates. Fees were low and the team were friendly – Noah in particular was helpful and easy to deal with. Communication was hit and miss — some queries went unanswered and I had to chase for updates. Completion was a bit stressful as ended up completing late in the day and handover was a bit cold. Ended up speaking to buyer directly who was flexible with move. That said, they got the job done efficiently in the end at a good price, so no major complaints.

Fantastic experience: They have been realy brilliant done all they can and more I would recommend them to anyone selling buying or renting they are outstanding

Negative experience: Terrible estate agents, way too greedy, houses are way overpriced, just remember it is the estate agents who value your property for market, for some reason they think they have some sort off power, when ringing up to place an offer on a property, it will back fire, can already see it through out property market houses been reduced by 15-20k more and more estate agents need exposing for been too greedy and overvaluing property

Fantastic experience: I Couldn’t recommend Brontë estate agents enough! After having a nightmare with previous estate agents I was worried they were all the same, however since I put an application in for a rental with brontes, Sam got straight in touch with me and she’s been easy to communicate with since, so friendly and made the whole experience so easy. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: We sold our house through Bronte and are now also renting throught them. Best decision ever! The whole team were fantastic from start to finish. It sold straight away and we completed within 2 months. We are so grateful to Martin, who we met first. He did the valuation and took photos. Then to Natalie and Michelle in the sales team, for their great communication. They were always available to answer any questions, we had throughout the process. Knowing we wanted to upsize and wanted to rent, Sam in lettings, was able to get us a house, that ticked all the boxes, it was nicely timed with the completion of our house sale. Sam is a true hero! Fantastic experience: 100 percent recommend. Best desision I made! Martin and Natalie have been accommodating and amazing. Martin was so patient with me while I renovated the house. They got me an offer within 2 weeks for the house and 3 months later it was sold, contracts exchanged. Five stars all around.

Negative experience: I’ve tried continuously sending emails through Rightmove and they don’t reply. I hope for the sales services they provide to customers they don’t have the audacity to charge them for such a laid back approach.

Fantastic experience: Sam @ Bronte Estates is a god send!!! Sam was able to help me with my rental application, from viewing the property all the way to handing over the keys. Sam was so supportive along the way and had such a developed empathetic response that put me at ease at such a stressful time. If you’re looking at renting through Bronte, rest assured Sam will look after you!

Negative experience: Absolutely vile company to deal with. They do not do correct credit checks or suitability checks. They ask for information, share and hold it without consent and do not respond to GDPR requests AVOID

Negative experience: These people accept your offer on a property you get everything in place within 2weeks then they tell you somebody has made an higher offer but won't tell you by how much they kept on going on about a chain and in the end they broke the chain by letting us get gazumped disgusting

Negative experience: Really poor .... rang twice spoke to someone in regards to view 2 properties that werw on their books .. they never got back in touch for either. Not great when people are paying you to sell their house.

Negative experience: Seems my other review has dissapeared. Shame there isn't a -10 option as they aren't even worth that !!! Rubbish estate agents EVEN WORSE THAN HEARTSPROPERTY MANAGEMENT !!!

Negative experience: Unprofessional money grabbing agents. In particular a lady named Lesley is totally incompetent. She did nothing to resolve our issues whilst we were private tenants with this agency and I absolutely would not recommend this agency to anybody!

Negative experience: Poor service. I emails them details of the property I wanted to view, informed them of my availibilty and then complete utter silence. Called them and left a message and received no reply. No communication at all, so poor customer service. Avoid!
