Fantastic experience: I had a really positive experience with LetsLive Leeds. Bailie, who showed me the property, was punctual and very clear when explaining all the details. And Amy, who handled the paperwork, was very efficient and responsive and helped me complete everything in less than a week after my viewing. Overall, the process was smooth and professional. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I found the estate agent I dealt with to be quite unfriendly and, at times, dismissive. As someone who is naturally introverted, I felt uncomfortable during the viewing, as her manner came across as slightly judgmental. There were moments where I felt self-conscious, and at times it felt as though she was trying not to laugh at me, which made the interaction particularly uncomfortable. She made very little effort to engage in conversation, and several of my questions were left unanswered. Overall, I did not feel supported or guided through the viewing process. At the time, I was going through a particularly difficult period in my life, and I would have appreciated a more considerate and professional approach. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling uneasy rather than reassured.

Fantastic experience: Just Concluded my tenancy in one of their properties and I’m pleased to say my experience was great. I had great neighbours in a quiet environment. The house was well looked after throughout my stay. The staff were great as well. Bailie and the rest of the team were responsive whenever I made a request. Only leaving because of a job out of town.

Last process is to pick up room keys which I hope would be as stress-free! Update: After 2 years, I finally moved out and everything was seamless again and the deposit refund processing was pretty fast too, all within 1 week. When I moved in the property was well maintained and the process was very smooth. Since living in the property any maintenance or repairs required have been dealt with by Rebecca Johnson. Any issue reported has been dealt with extremely quickly and professionally. Communication with Rebecca has always been excellent and friendly and I cannot praise her enough for her help! Since our move into the property the team have been great with any issues, annual inspections etc. No complaints, all praise on my end.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience renting with Let’s Live Leeds. They were super responsive before, during, and after my tenancy. Any maintenance issues were sorted when reported, and they were always approachable when I had concerns. Bailie, Bethany, and Olivia were really helpful throughout, and Charlotte was especially supportive at the end of my tenancy. I’d definitely rent with them again. I especially liked the all-inclusive bills and the flexibility of shorter contracts (like 6 months).

I had bad experiences in the past with other letting agents (been scammed before) so i am way way more cautious now with who im signing with and Lets Live Leeds 1.) have made things easy for me and have put my mind at ease 2.) they are very transparent with their communications, very knowledgeable and super friendly. i just moved in and i love my new home. Negative experience: Do not use this agency! Over charged me for multiple items and previous flatmates I lived with for messes which they did not make. Place was unclean with marks and stains everywhere which they then claimed I did in my very short stay here. Please do avoid unless you want to lose your whole deposit for “mess” they need to pay someone to “clean”.
