Firstly as a landlord - following a bad experience with a previous letting agent I contacted Right Move and was immediately impressed with their professionalism and level of support. This remained constant throughout our continued relationship and I would have no hesitation in recommending their lettings service. Secondly, when I decided to sell the rental property I had no hesitation in appointing them as agents for the sale. Fantastic experience: Want a fantastic experience I had today with Your Move. I called this morning enquiring on a property viewing, explained the types of properties I was looking for and within minutes had a list of properties matching my requirements. I did my own due diligence and arranged 3 viewings by the afternoon. With two more booked for the Saturday. Very professional, knowledgeable and prompt.

Fantastic experience: We have had an amazing experience with Your Move in Baildon. The whole team are very knowledgeable, professional, but also very friendly. We worked closely with Tracy, and she was incredible. We had a chain of 9, and we didn’t complete for over a year (through no fault of Your Move, mainly just took us a while to find the perfect house!) but through that whole year, Tracy kept us updated, made sure we did everything we needed to, but the main thing is that although there must have been plenty of stress behind the scenes, communicating with all the other estate agents and solicitors, she never projected that stress onto us. That is a huge blessing, because as anyone who has ever moved house knows, you have plenty of stresses of your own just packing up the house and sorting so many other things out, so having someone shield you from unnecessary stress is just amazing, and we are very grateful for that Tracy. I would absolutely recommend Your Move to anyone looking for a wonderful Estate Agent, and we are not planning on moving for a very long time, but would definitely use them again. Positive experience: I cannot thank David and his team enough for helping me sell my late fathers property. David from the start was very compassionate and explained things in details of what to expect and had good knowledge of the area. I was kept informed of viewings and although it took some time to agree a sale, we had no problems after. My only slight criticism is that on a couple of occasions after viewings the house alarm was not put on, which is minor, but could have had a bigger issue n the end. Negative experience: Absolutely HORRENDOUS experience with Your Move - Baildon. If I could leave 0 stars I would. The staff are the most unhelpful Karen’s I have ever come across in an estate agents. They never answer the phone and avoid questions asked. We submitted an offer for a property and we’re told they could not inform us of the next steps. Absolutely no guidance whatsoever. We were then asked (after our own estate agents chased them on our behalf) to submit our best and final offer. After ringing them 5 minutes to submit this, we were told the seller had ALREADY ACCEPTED the other offer as they are in a better position (we were told it was the exact same as ours). We asked to put ours forward anyway and within seconds I received a rejection email. I very highly doubt this was even put forward to the seller looking at the time between! Completely and utterly unfair and very dishonest practice. Awful experience and I would avoid even viewing any houses with Your move let alone selling a property with them! We will be making a formal complaint. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Fantastic experience: We have just completed the sale of our property using this agent . We had a seamless service from all the team from start to finish . Incredibly professional valuation ( Covid safe ) brilliant marketing, and a very quick sale . There was a little blip further down the chain that wasn’t our issue, but it was immediately dealt with by a member of the team TW and most definitely took away the stress and worry from what could have been a problem. The advice given re viewings and offers was excellent and it really felt like a personal service. Absolutely the best agents we have ever used.

Off the bat, they explained every step of the process as I never was on the ground during the process, let alone sold a house before. Their communications were very professional and to the point. They replied promptly to my emails, and helped me find a decorator to carry out needed work so the house would be presentable. In addition, they kept sending updates and pictures of the progress of work at the house. They sent me a list of interested buyers, and ranked how serious they were, and suggested the top two. Furthermore, one of the solicitors they've put me in touch with was very helpful navigating all legal aspects of the house sale, and money transfer was carried out the same day contracts were exchanged! In the age of COVID, flying back to the UK to conclude the sale was not an option, and Your Move made that possible throughout their network of people. A chain of 7 made this a little complex but we felt assured that the team had a good understanding of what was happening across the chain and liaised with all the necessary parties to help the move go as smooth as possible. Really can’t think of anything negative to say.... if the phones are busy it’s probably because they are managing customers through one of the biggest financial purchases they will make. Good customer service is hard to find and takes time to be done right. Drop them an email if you can’t get through on their busy phone lines, I never struggled to get a response.

Negative experience: Called this office yesterday about a property I so much wanted. I was told that it had been taken off as they had already received references on it. Only to discover that the main letting company is still taking names for viewing. So I’ve lost a day and being 1st come 1st serve basis can’t see my name ever being looked at due to the high interest on the property. Can’t trust this office in Shipley.
