They were easy to get hold of, friendly and informative, and never rushed me through a viewing or through making a decision. Fantastic experience: Thank you Cornerstone for helping us achieve what sometimes felt like the impossible. Initially we were looked after by Angus who was quietly and respectfully attentive and who always responded quickly and efficiently to any questions we had. Ellie took over later in the process and was always positive and upbeat, getting back to us quickly when complications (and there were many) arose. Good communication is at the centre of the whole thing, and we were very impressed with this aspect in particular. We got there in the end!

As a first time buyer I had heard a lot of horror stories from friends about the buying experience and how it was incredibly stressful. He just seemed so on top of the whole process, was able to give information when we weren’t hearing a great deal from solicitors, he chased on our behalf at times. The owner James as well periodically checked in to see how we were getting on and to see if we needed anything, he even messaged over dimensions of the fridge area so we could buy one ahead of the move in date. Unfortunately, due to the landlords decision to move back into the property we were renting from them we had to find alternative accomodation. If we had been able, we would have certainly rented another property managed by Cornerstone as they were excellent letting agents. They were prompt, concise, and clear with any communication, ensured repairs were carried out quickly and to a high standard, and were professional and friendly. I would recommend the Cornerstone team unreservedly to anyone.

Fantastic experience: We would highly recommend Cornerstones and in particular James Platt. We are currently living in Australia and thought selling our home in Meanwood would be a nightmare and that we might have to come back to the UK to prepare the house for sale.
