Negative experience: Very Bad service. I had An Appointment for 12.30 and when i reach there, one of the agent called and said i"ll be late and i dont know when will i get there, waisted my whole, no prior notice was given

Fantastic experience: I used Letz Move to manage my let property and later to sell the property. The management was second to none, I have had some bad experiences with other companies but Letz Move never let me down, rent was paid in full and on time, repairs organised promptly and done to a high standard, and the team provided excellent communication. When I sold the property the sales team were great, helped me through every step of the process and made it much easier than it could have been. I highly recommend Letz Move.

Negative experience: Awful service from Wajid, the manager. Dismissive, rude, interruptive and rushing the phone call when asking questions. Asked a query about possible services, asked about price and said “it won’t be free will it” which I found extremely unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend for any services.

He was courteous and professional throughout and explained how the whole process would work. I decided to list it with Letz Move. Richard kept me fully informed throughout the process and after two weeks the house was sold. Great service and would definitely recommend

Negative experience: I do not recommend this agency . terrible service - unprofessional - ignoring.no respect for anyone, they treat you like they have known you for years. I have never had such a bad experience. On my request to , delete all the information I provided them. by email they have 0 response . I regret that I got involved with such an agency. Unfortunately, people learn from their mistakes and I just wasted my time.

Negative experience: No option of giving 0 star otherwise I would have. Booked a viewing for the property purchase and went to view and was told that they thought I was renting. Very unprofessional wanted to make a complaint was told the person you spoke to at the property was the manger who was just utterly unprofessional.

Negative experience: not even a one star, called last week to book a house viewing. he gave me next week tuesday 11am time to be at the property for viewing. Was waiting at 11am on tuesday for these lot to show me house, they didnt turn up, called them up. said the house is gone and they have messaged me last week, LIERS. you have not messaged me, wasted my time. Total waste of time these lot are. That house is still advertised on their website. AVOID THE LIERS

Negative experience: Went to view a house with this estate agents and was told at the property we would be able to get the keys the same day if we had deposit and application fees. When we got down there a few hours later with what was required not only were we told there was no chance because of not having rented previously but we were made to feel like trash and not worth the time. Wouldn't recommend.
