Fantastic experience: Jeffries & Dibbens offered a sterling service from the get-go. Following a prompt response to my online valuation enquiry, James came out to see me and clearly explained how they operate and what I could expect from the process. One of the things that really stood out to me was the team approach. Every member of staff is kept up to date with every active sale, so whoever you speak to is able to help, rather than everything relying on one individual ‘account manager’. Their sales commissions are also shared amongst the whole team, which I really liked. Throughout the whole process they have been incredibly proactive, keeping me updated as soon as anything happened and dealing with all of the chasing through the chain on my behalf. On the rare occasions I did need to contact them myself, they were always extremely easy to get hold of. They took so much of the stress out of the process and made the whole experience feel remarkably seamless from my side. A special mention to Becky and Louise, who took all of the beautiful photographs and floorplan measurements, and to Fionna, who handled so much of the customer-facing aftercare towards the end of the sale — although I know there are plenty of other members of the team working hard behind the scenes too. I’ve been genuinely impressed with the service I’ve received from start to finish. Their fee was very reasonable for the level of service provided and, having now experienced the way they work, I would exclusively recommend Jeffries & Dibbens to anyone looking to sell their home. Fantastic experience: Amazing from start to finish! After 4 months of no interest with our previous estate agent, switching to Jeffries & Dibbens Stubbington was the best decision we made. Within just 5 weeks, our property was sold. Every member of staff was fantastic from that very first contact right through to the viewings, but what really set them apart was how genuinely invested they were in selling our home — not simply showing it. In our experience, it's common for a Director or Branch Manager to be present at the initial meeting and then step back, but not here. James remained involved and engaged from start to finish, which made a huge difference. Once the chain was complete, we were introduced to their Move Manager, who was absolutely brilliant. She kept communication flowing seamlessly between everyone in the chain and all the solicitors involved, ensuring everything stayed on track and moving forward. We honestly cannot recommend Jeffries & Dibbens Stubbington highly enough — a truly outstanding team who go above and beyond at every stage.

Fantastic experience: The Stubbington team were very helpful when my sister and I sadly had to sell our late father’s house and childhood home from a distance. They gave us useful advice on how to prepare it for sale, recommended an excellent clearance company, conducted almost twenty viewings and found us buyers within a week of putting it on the market. They continued to chase everyone through the conveyancing process too. My only minor criticism was that the weekend team called up a couple of times seemingly unaware that the house was unoccupied and J&D had keys and permission to arrange viewings at any time at their convenience.

Fantastic experience: We sold our property and purchased our new home through Jeffries & Dibbens in Stubbington. The service we received is worthy of it's 5 stars. Having been on the market for several months we were becoming despondent with a lack of interest. We had viewed several properties with Jeffries & Dibbens and had been impressed by their local knowledge and expertise. Becky showed us round several properties her experience and professionalism was a deciding factor in switching agents. It was the right decision as within a day of going on the market with them we had a buyer. We then found a property through Jeffries & Dibbens, we hit some bumps along the way but James and the team were very proactive in keeping things moving and Fiona kept us up to date with progress. Finally, on moving day we experienced an issue which threatened to stop us completing but James went above and beyond in resolving the issue at the eleventh hour where the Solicitors had been unable to. We would highly recommend the team in Stubbington to anyone. We are very happy in our beautiful new home. Thank you James and team.

Negative experience: I am unfortuntely having to write this review because i feel like i have no choice. Recently myself and partner viewed a property with them which was infested with fleas. During the viewing my partner actually caught fleas crawling on him and showed the estate agent who was showing us around. The next day i had 38 fresh flea bites all over legs (we have photo evidence) from where they had crawled into my trousers resulting in having to get treatment from the pharmacy and having to pay to get our car treated for fleas. Jeffery and Dibbens apologised at first however over the phone they failed to accept responsibility and said they would not want any further involvement and for me to deal directly with the landlord of the property. When dealing with the landlord he told us that his dog has fleas and he did not know that the property was infested however the landlord is now stating that we are lying and acusing us of fraud. We find this insulting. This is an example of negligence from the landlord and estate agent as they did not do the relevant checks before inviting us in. During the viewing the estate agent stated that we was the first ones to view the downstairs property. However now they have stated that we was not the first ones to view the property and that people was in their a few days before with no issues. Looks like they are trying to cover their mistake. Avoid at all costs! They have caused stress, physical bites on my body as well financial burden all over a viewing. As a local to the area i will be telling people to also avoid and about our experience.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with a service they provided. On waiting to view a property this afternoon with a confirmation email we were let down. when calling the office to see if someone would be meeting us we were informed that we had called that morning to cancel the appointment. This is not the case we had not cancelled the appointment they just had no one to view the property with us and placed the blame on the client. It would have been better in to be honest with us and rearrange an appointment this would have been better for both parties. On a whole very disappointed with the service we received.

It's not very often you can say that every staff member is excellent, but we felt really well looked after by everyone we came into contact with. I am actually Mike Browning and I am very happy to report that the assistance given by Lauren and others at Dibbens was absolutely outstanding. The sale of my Mother's bungalow was needed as she had recently passed away but the skill and sensitivity with which the sale was handled helped me no end at a difficult time. The bungalow was viewed seemingly within minutes of it going on the market and the subsequent sale was almost as speedy. Thank you to a great team.

The after sales service they gave especially by Lauren helped to secure my sell, she worked really hard to keep the communication going down the chain which was a very long process and had many problems, it was very stressfull for me but Lauren took some of that stress away. Fantastic experience: i wasn't looking but my perfect property came onto the martlet. I viewed it on Friday, decided there and then I wanted it and the agent took me back to mine to do photos and get mine on the market. It was live on the internet and I had my first viewing on Saturday and it was sold on Tuesday, meaning I could have my offer accepted on the one I wanted to buy. Since then, I have been back several times, the agents have always replied To every request promptly and it's been a pleasure doing business with them. Special thanks to Lauren who has been patient with my many questions and almost as enthusiastic as me! I'm very happy To be moving with Dibbens.
