Fantastic experience: cubitt & west have been a breath of fresh air for us! dealing with previous estate agents were a nightmare we were never getting our issues sorted or even our phone calls answered. the first day we moved into our new rented property we had a couple of teething issues things weren’t working quite as they should, when i contacted becky to let her know about these issues she had it resolved within a matter of hours. she also helped us with the moving in process. nothing felt rushed or like we were being forced into a decision and helped us the whole way regarding questions about the property. can definitely recommend and hopefully they will help us buy our own home one day!

Positive experience: i have just moved to my new home its more than a month now with the help of cubitt& west.it was good in findin place and moving in but their maintainance department is not good.they havent solved the issue i have mentioned them before moving in and now when i contact cubbit and west regarding those issue that i told to agent their agents says its nothing to do with us you should talk to maintanance department.and now its more than a week now there is no gas in property to cook food as because of the neglegamce of them the company cutt off the gas meter as the hob was not safe and still they have done nothing.finding the property was smooth but now when i am in its hell as the are not doing what they are supposef to do

Fantastic experience: Everyone I've met in the team has been amazing. But ultimately, huge props to Zoey. We are moving quite a distance to be in Portsmouth and she threw together and itinerary of houses for us to view on a Saturday afternoon that we had chosen (and one that Zoey had recommended). All were close. But not quite perfect. Zoey took those list of houses, worked out what we liked and convinced us to drive, in total, over 2 and a half hours, with our 6 month old, to view a house. It was a huge risk as if it wasn't perfect we probably would be a little bitter - but it was perfect! And we put an offer in (and was accepted!) on the drive back home. She absolutely knocked it out of the park. She took us into consideration, every interaction was personable and real, she always got back to us. An absolute asset to the team. Thank you so much! :D

Fantastic experience: The only thing I’ve found better than the accommodation is the team at Cubitt and West! They’ve resolved any issues I’ve raised within 24 hours, the support from the team, especially Becky, has been completely unwavering and they have all been extremely accommodating. Even before moving in, they managed to ensure i got a tour through a video call. I cannot recommend them enough!

Negative experience: I consulted a property to rent with the agent MR Singh and MS White. I also received a text confirming the viewing was booked at 4:45 pm yesterday. But they did not show up and only for once another agent picked up my call saying she would try to reach Ms White. I ended up waiting for 1 hour and no one answering to me anymore.

Negative experience: Whilst the branch staff were great in letting my property since then I have discovered that head office staff let them down once there are any problems. My tenant stopped paying - very little has been done to get the arrears back and now it looks like they haven't served notice correctly so eviction is likely to be delayed even longer.
