Fantastic experience: After just loosing my mum and never having sold a house or brought before me and my dad had no idea where to start, the estate agents we was selling our property with in Surrey was awful complete lack of communication and respect, we was so worried we would loose the house we put a offer in for port Solent but marina Lifes was amazing Maria got straight onto the estate agents/solicitors and helped us every step of the way, it was a long process from our side but nothing was to much trouble they reassured us every step of the way. On collection of keys they even gave us a lovely bottle of champagne and was also happy for us. We still receive emails now from them asking if everything is okay we couldn’t ask for better estate agents. They helped contact our solicitor and explained every step of the process to us. Negative experience: Good for the property owner but not for the tenant. Need more updated rules and regulations to protect tenants. It’s just business as usual for them and the owner that pays! The company went above and beyond twice though through my 11 month tenancy.

Fantastic experience: This is an innovative estate agency focussing on houses and flats in waterfront locations - typically in marinas on the south coast of England. The staff are very attentive and on the ball. The brochure produced was of a very high standard. Not only was a buyer found very quickly but also support services for getting the house ready to show were offered. The feed back during the sale was focussed and relevant. The intelligence gleaned about the chain was very useful in assessing the viability of the people expressing an interest in terms of likelihood of a offer to buy reaching a successful completion. Waterside properties and properties in marina developments which come with moorings for boats come with interesting challenges of their own and this business understands the market inside out.

Fantastic experience: I was in the market for a rental and approached several estate agents. Lisa very quickly made a couple of videos for me because I was away with work at the time. Mandy then moved to organise the paperwork and legal bits. Both ladies are prompt and extremely helpful when I raised questions and sent emails. All of this ensured that our sale proceeded to an exchange much to our relief. Fantastic experience: I sold my property through Marina Life Homes. Initially I was concerned as they do not have the wide network of offices and glossy brochures of some other local agents. However they do know their market very well and once they found an interested party they worked very hard to get a deal agreed. Where I do feel they were exemplary was in the time and effort they put into hand-holding the deal and liaising with all the other parties in the chain. We had a few problems with the buyers at the bottom of the chain holding everything up but Maria was on the case on a daily basis chasing agents and solicitors down the chain and keeping me advised. It was quite a stressful transaction in the end but the team at Marina Life were with me all the way and I felt in very safe hands.
