Fantastic experience: After 6 days of my property being on the market with another well known estate agents in Glengormley, i was pleased to be informed my house was sold only to be informed it had fallen through due to one in the chain not being able to get a mortgage, 3 mother after and the very week the contracts were due to be signed. I was very disappointed but the matter of fact and couldn't care less attitude of the office manager who informed me of the cancellation was a bigger blow. I give it another few months but really felt my property was now unimportant and put to the bottom of the list. I felt the staff were either under presure or they had lost interest.I had to keep calling the office for updates. I decided after months with this company to change to UPS Glengormley. This was the best move I ever made. My property was on the website within a very short time of being valued. I was informed of everything to last detail. My property sold in a very short time for the price I wanted. Sarah was lovely to deal with and very professional. I was kept updated quite quickly and often, I never had to contact them or made to feel a nuisance. My property was sold with little ease and all business taken care of by the UPS staff. I wish I had used UPS from the start, but I know now that people make the difference between a business and a Great professional service, The staff and a friendly caring atmosphere in the office were amazing I couldn't believe the difference this made. Fantastic experience: Having previously listed my house on the market through another local estate agent and having had a poor experience with them I decided to call UPS (neighbours recommended them to me after selling their house). I have to be honest the difference in service from the very get-go was night and day. Graeme managed to get out to me to value my house the same day before getting together the listing immediately. They screened out timewasters and got me a higher selling price than I had thought wad achievable! Clarke and Keith were brilliant with keeping me updated at every step (i never once had to chase an update!) I have to give a special thanks to Heather for quite literally holding my hand through the entire process and at every turn knowing exactly what to do and getting it done quickly. Negative experience: I’ll be staying far away from this branch and will be advising alot of other people the same. Non stop calling!!! If someone can’t answer the phone email them!!! You have my email so email me and I will call back!!! Even at work it’s frustrating when you can’t answer!! Called in to book for a viewing, given a date and time, now I’m in East belfast and this was up in Newtownabbey so it is some drive, drove up to the house on the exact day and time to meet to find the house sold, no communication, no email or phone to tell me it was sold. Rang the office as I felt there was some mistake to be told ‘I can’t help you’ not really anyway you speak to a customer! I then emailed back asking why I was sent to a house that was sold to say I received a phone call and email cancellation to which I didn’t! Making me look like a liar. Very frustrating when you’re trying to buy your own house and very limited communication through the company itself.

Fantastic experience: Very impressive service. My house was advertised and on the market within a week of contacting UPS. Apart from tidying the rooms, I had the absolute minimum of admin and stress! They also hosted all the viewings which took such a weight off me. Fantastic experience: I sold and purchased a property with UPS and I am so glad I did! When it came to selling my first home, Keith made everything feel very relaxed and stress free. He came out to the house at 10am and it was on the market by 1pm. Keith even came back to the house the next day when the sun was shining to update the photos! Lynzi then took care of the sale and she is absolutely incredible. Again, Lynzi made everything feel really easy and stress free and kept us regularly updated throughout the entire process. Fantastic experience: I first dealt with Keith @ UPS over 15 years so he was always going to be the guy to sell my house. This was because, I knew he would not only sell my house but sell it at the price I wanted to sell and no less! In fact, Keith and Clarke sold my house not once but twice very recently, all during the recent mortgage interest rates hike. Keith knows I was attached to my house, and I put so much time, efforts, and money to make it very presentable for sale. Glad they found a nice young working couple embarking on living in their first marital home and hope they enjoy living in the house as much I did. Also, I was also very impressed with Lynzi who dealt with the formality of the post sale process and helped to deal with the survey report points and get the sale over the line. Yes definitely, I would deal with Keith and UPS team again.

Negative experience: The only company I came across baiting customers with their photos. EVERY property is photographed with a wide angle lens to make it appear bigger then what it is. Its deceitful and waste of hard working peoples time. The directors need to get this sorted asap.
