Negative experience: Horrible service from the team at this site. Been waiting on our deposit back for over a month now, the landlords/lady’s that they work with our thieving and the company does nothing to help you but to make you try and back down. Our property was a state when we moved in and was unliveable seeing as we had to throw out two mattresses and a divan bed that were soaked with damp and covered in black mold! No ventilation in the apartment and it took 6 months for UPS to get someone out to fix it, and even at that, it was only after we made a formal complaint to the council. Honestly, a horrible experience and the treatment we got from the landlady and the property supervisor Anna was devastating. Attached photographs for proof of mattresses, washing machine, shower leaking etc upon our move in date.

Fantastic experience: My partner and I found our dream home through UPS of which Jordan and Wendy from the team were a massive help. They were able to inform me on the progress of the purchase and let me know the next steps once I asked (sometimes more so than our own solicitor) which is a massive credit to them. If you're looking to purchase a property through UPS, the customer service is excellent.
