I have a fully managed service which I feel is worth every penny. They have guided me through everything I have needed to have in place, through a tenant change and through several bits and pieces that needed rectified whilst the tenant has been in place. Their contractors have been reliable and reasonably priced. Having recently went through my tax return, the paper trail provided by RR has taken out a lot of the stress for me getting everything together. Negative experience: I recently enquired about an apartment in the Ballyhackamore area and attended a viewing with Fiona who was very efficient and welcoming. Following a few back and forth offers over the property, I asked Alan of Reeds Rains for some time to consider a further bid over the weekend. Alan left voicemails with me the following Monday seeking a call back which I could not answer due to work and family commitments. I spoke with Alan today (Tuesday afternoon), and was informed that he had taken instructions and the sale was agreed. Obviously this was disappointing as I had actually planned on entering a further offer. I fully appreciate that this is the nature of the beast, and properties are in high demand, though I found Alan’s phone manner to be rude (and strangely accusatory?) which unfortunately reflects poorly on an otherwise very good estate agent.
