Negative experience: I would like to feedback on my recent experience with CPS, Lisburn road, Belfast.Unfortunately, the level of support has been disappointing. From the beginning of the tenancy, I requested information about the dad and electricity meters, but despite calling and sending emails, I received no response until today in that regard. This lack of communication caused significant inconveniences, as there are essential details required immediately after moving in. Additionally, CPS has not provided a waste disposal or recycling bin for over 2 months, despite raising the issue repeatedly, no action was taken, and I was advised after that to contact Belfadt city council myself to order the bin- something that should have been arranged by the agent or the land lord as part of the basic property setup. Overall, the failure to respond to enquirer, the abscess food support with essential utilities, and the prolonged delay in addressing basic tenancy needs have resulted in a poor customer experience. I hope this feedback will be used constructively to improve communication and service for future tenants.

Negative experience: Asked for our deposit back from the house we moved out of in June, settled on the amount on the 18th of September and were told it would be 10 days. Its now the 14th of October and we still havent recieved our deposit despite the other tenant making multiple attempts to contact them and being ignored.

Fantastic experience: Jack at CPS was incredibly helpful with my move to Belfast. I was show multiple properties and any notes I had were taken on board by Jack as to what I needed in a property. I was even sent videos of an apartment when I couldn’t view in person due to the fact I was living in the south. He showed me a property that fit with what I needed and the process to secure it went smoothly and quickly. I was happy with the fact that any questions I had regarding the move and living in Belfast were answered in a timely fashion and I had good communication with him and the company.

Negative experience: Multiple bad experiences with CPS, both rental and trying to purchase. They covered for landlords who where due for repossession and argue deposits on behalf of these landlords when in they're own words "they don't get their own way" Run run run

Negative experience: I viewed a property to buy with Adam. He asked me to provide my financial information. I provided everything and told him I am going with co-ownership.He said that particular house is suitable for co-ownership.However, he doesn’t bother me as a buyer at all. Normally, estate agents let buyers know if any bidding going on but in that case I have to call CPS several times and tried to talk with Adam but he was busy every time. Today he said they found someone who is willing to pay deposit but he still gave me hope. Surprisingly, they didn’t informed me any further and I saw that house is sale agreed. It is such a disgrace. I will never go back or recommend anyone.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience selling my property with Adam supported by Shannon. Having listed with another agent initially, Adam continued to check in on progress and offer advice. Having had the sale fall through a couple of times I switched to listing with Adam, and immediately saw results. He was proactive, knowledgable and put my best interests first. Once the sale was agreed, he and Shannon. continued to be available for support and they went above and beyond on numerous occasions to get the sale over the line ! I would not have been successful selling the property without Adam ! A fantastic service and would highly recommend

Positive experience: Rang today enquiring about property for sale and the girl was really rude and dismissive. As a buyer I wouldn't recommend them to anyone buying or selling. Edited - I've since had a different experience with the same agency, they were very helpful and couldn't do enough. The owner also called me to apologies for the initial call and explained it wasn't up to their usual standard. I would use them again.

Negative experience: Quite disappointed. Terrible communication. Even if it comes down to someone down the chain not giving information, a quick call to say what is going on is extremely valued. Unfortunately this is not what I got. After following up with them twice when they said they would call back I got told it was a down the chain problem. After this it took a couple of weeks before I got a call back... very unprofessional in my opinion.

Positive experience: We had been experiencing delays in attracting potential buyers for our property. We met Adam at a property viewing and immediately were impressed by his helpfulness and decided to engage CPS to drive the sale of our own property. We certainly received a lot of traffic over the following weeks thanks to the efforts of Adam and team. Things slowed down due to rocketing mortgage rates and an uncertain economy, but CPS did not give up on us. Following a chat with Adam we adjusted our strategy and price and once again the viewings picked up. Eventually things moved very quickly, CPS introduced us to a serious buyer and we sold the house within a few weeks. Adam,Shannon,Eoin and the team were a pleasure to work with. My only reservation - which is a bit unfair to CPS - was that the entire process was very long and complicated but through no fault of CPS.
