Fantastic experience: I can heartily recommend Bradleys in Saltash, they handled the sale of my mothers house very efficiently. As I live abroad, communication was very important and the team at Bradleys kept me up to date throughout the whole sale process. I heeded Ian's advice and his valuation proved to be spot on. Unfortunately we lost the first buyer but more viewings were quickly arranged and a sale was agreed. Always friendly, upbeat and cheerful, great team.

Negative experience: We recently bought a house through Bradley’s (not by our own choice), and overall the experience left a lot to be desired. Initially, we enquired about a viewing, but due to limited staffing, we were told we’d have to wait a week — not ideal given how quickly properties were being snapped up. We ended up contacting the vendor directly to arrange an earlier viewing, which helped speed up the process. When we eventually had a viewing with Bradley’s, Amanda conducted it. During the viewing, we made an offer, but Amanda came across as quite standoffish and immediately demanded proof of deposit. This approach made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, especially as we were genuine buyers trying to move quickly. After our offer was accepted, we arranged a survey, which had been confirmed in advance with the Bradley’s team. Unfortunately, when the surveyor turned up at their office, nobody was there — an embarrassing situation that could have easily been avoided. He had to begin with an external survey while waiting to hear back from them. Later, when my wife spoke with Amanda about the incident, she responded with, “It’s done now, what do you want me to do about it?” — an unnecessarily rude and unprofessional comment. Overall, our experience with Amanda and the team at Bradley’s Saltash was disappointing. When it comes time to upsize, we’ll definitely be avoiding Bradley’s.

Viewings were handled brilliantly, and because they suggested a realistic price for my property it allowed for a reasonably quick sale without me having to lower my asking price, and I was therefore very happy with the result! Negative experience: Based on recommendation l approached Bradley's at Saltash with a view to renting a property currently advertised. I had heard lots of positive things and liked the pleasent staff. However the criteria and expectations they required were completely unrealistic this is dispite an annual income of 18000 and a guarantor complete and utter waste of time. Would never bother with them again sorry. Came as a complete shock.

Negative experience: For nearly 9 months Bradleys Saltash had me trying to buy a house with no probate. Me and my husband were left sleeping on a mattress in my Dad's with no where to go and they still kept telling us that the process would be done soon. I have never been so stressed or felt as let down, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: We were struck by Iain Christie's down-to-earth no nonsense approach at the valuation; he clearly really knew the market and pitched the valuation just right to attract viewers to our property with little immediate kerb appeal but a definite wow-factor in the form of a fantastic view when you get inside. Whatever Tilly McDowell was doing at the viewings was definitely right because we had an offer £5000 above asking within a week! All the team worked together swiftly and professionally being extremely responsive to our enquiries and Amanda Hughes was particularly friendly and helpful in communications with the buyers during the conveyancing process. We also got viewings from other branches of Bradleys which demonstrated how useful it is dealing with a west country-wide network of agents too. Bradleys at Saltash were definitely the best agents for our property especially since we were keen for a fairly rapid and stress-free sale with no falling-throughs - they delivered!

Fantastic experience: Needing to sell family home on behalf of father we researched our different options and had meeting with three local estate agents and one online agency. We compared the services, charges and valuations before making our choice. Although online agents may seem attractive given there relatively low charges which they want up front you really do get what you pay for. We decided to go with Bradley’s as they have a high street presence, open and available six days a week, know the local area and have database of potential buyers. Having made our choice we could not have been happier, the house was quickly marketed and sold almost instantly and at 25k over our asking price. Bradley’s managed the EPC and buyers survey all we had to do was empty the house, sale progressed quickly with regular updates from Bradley’s. Iain Christie and his team were friendly and helpful and made what could have been a very stressful time easy. We would definitely recommend and know we made the right choice.

Fantastic experience: We have several blocks of flats which are currently let and if they become vacant they are being fully refurbished to a high standard for either sale or let. This requires some thinking ‘outside the box’ as each unit requires differing works and can be tailored to a buyers needs. Bradleys have proved an excellent choice of agents to deal with both the letting and the sale of our properties and would have no hesitation in recommending them

Negative experience: Very sad to say we lost our new home today. Bradley’s were very good selling ours but not so good on keeping us up to date with the buyers who let us down on the day we were to exchange contracts. We are sad and disappointed. No phone call from the person dealing with the buyers at Bradley’s, we were told via our solicitors. Such a waste of time and energy.

Fantastic experience: Bradleys are by far the best estate agents we have used - the reason we chose to market our house with Bradleys was after going along to view houses with them it was clear that they were on another level in terms of selling! We really loved how they 'sold' us parts we were worried about and were not afraid to give us perspective or ideas. The team have been VERY honest and responsive... always return calls and give great advice. Positive experience: Overall our experience with selling with Bradley’s was great. They were professional when they came to do the valuation, they took COVID procedures very seriously and they were comparable with other estate agents on price. They did push the virtual viewing, something we were not interested it but we can see how it could be helpful when selling especially with COVID and reducing the number of unnecessary viewings. This would not deter me from recommending them for use as a selling agent.

Negative experience: We have had the most unfortunate experience of attempting to view a house with Bradley’s (Saltash) The house in question came on the market two days ago, yesterday we made arrangements to view it (speaking to a somewhat abrupt member of Bradley’s staff) Today we drove and hour in the dark and rain to view the house, only to be met at the house and, before we could even look at it, be told that we would have to complete in 28 days, nothing on the details about this, not told this yesterday on the phone That’s two hours of my life I won’t get back Appalling service, Bradley’s only interested in their commission, not the poor sods who are unfortunate enough to have their time (and fuel) wasted by their ineptitude

Fantastic experience: We do up property in the Plymouth and Saltash area and our latest property was a bungalow in Saltash, we refurbed it and had 4 valuations from the local Estate Agents. We decided to use Bradleys, the ladies Angela, Karen and Julie are professional, friendly and enthusiastic. It was Julie who swayed me when we booked to have a valuation, she felt like she cared. To us this was extremely important, as it’s the negotiators i.e. the lovely ladies or gents that sell the house to the potential buyer. Ian the manager is honest and approachable, he also does the valuations, and he kept us in the loop and told us what was going as the sale was going through. Negative experience: I would avoid from renting with this estate agent, they will tell you anything to get your money but as we found out they lie a lot. We are now facing expensive storage and accommodation fees. Speaking to the letting agent we are now going through have said we are not the first.
