I am also impressed with the companies property maintenance, with cleaners coming in every two weeks and contractors coming in when jobs need doing, already making improvements and fixes before I even had to report them. It's good to know the property you are at is well maintained so overall I am very happy that Moorview Let's do such a great job managing everything!

I found the process a bit invasive but Kaye was very helpful and responsive to messages, she gave me her mobilenumber. We didn't feel as though we were being misled as can be the case with some lettings. The place was clean and well maintained as per the photos on spare room. My son's very happy which is what really matters.

Negative experience: Moor View Lettings provides a solid property management service, offering well-maintained homes and professional property care. However, there are significant concerns regarding tenant safety and well-being that need to be addressed. Few of my friends have encountered disturbing harassment from an older tenant who exhibited controlling and inappropriate behavior—monitoring other tenants, including following female residents, making excessive noise late at night, and acting in a way that violated my privacy. Despite multiple complaints to the agency, no actions were taken to resolve the situation, leaving them feeling unsafe and mentally distressed. Additionally, another senior tenant conducted dance classes in the room , and was disrespectful which disrupted daily life and caused discomfort for other residents. Again, when this was reported, the agency failed to intervene. This lack of response to tenant concerns is extremely troubling, and I believe Moor View Lettings would benefit from implementing an age criterion for tenants to ensure a more respectful and harmonious living environment. Without this, the agency risks fostering an atmosphere that contributes to mental health issues and stress for tenants . It's unfortunate that these matters were not properly addressed, and I would urge future tenants to carefully consider these factors.
