Negative experience: I have recently observed several posts on House 2 Homes Let’s Facebook page, advertising properties in extremely poor condition. Based on these advertisements, it appears that this agency prioritizes landlords over tenants, with little regard for the quality of accommodation being offered. Many of the properties showcased are far below acceptable living standards, requiring extensive redecoration, with outdated appliances, and even half-painted rooms. It’s disappointing to see such disrgard for providing tenants with safe, comfortable, and presentable homes. From an outsider’s perspective, this reflects a lack of integrity and a moral compass in ensuring quality housing. Although I have not personally used their services, my attempts to comment or view more recent listings were met with being blocked from their page, which raises further concerns about transparency and openness to constructive feedback. Letting agents have a responsibility to provide habitable homes, and unfortunately, this agency seems to fall far short of that standard

My partner owns his flat and we had planned to rent it out to his dad as we bought another property, however upon gaining our BTL mortgage it stipulated we could not rent to family and given the small timeframe we had sent us into a panic. They really explained the process to us and from our viewings, we had a tenant lined up within a week. They do really in-depth inventories which is great as it covers both you and your tenants.
