Fantastic experience: Well, where should I start? I live in Australia and, with my UK based daughter in law, was looking for a possible house to return to in my older years to be near family. Purely by chance we pulled up outside Fox and Sons in Saltash, and upon entry we were warmly greeted by all the staff and in particular by Rebecca Lucas. She listened to my concerns, hopes and aspirations and came up with some suggested homes, all highly suitable for an older person. Questions re each property were fully answered without any harsh sales pitch. Thanks to Rebecca I have found the right HOME and one which my family think is ideal for my needs. I have bought and sold houses prior to emigrating to Australia some 40 years plus ago, as well as in Australia and have never come across an agent who advocates for the purchaser in the manner Rebecca does. Despite some comments to the contrary, I can fully recommend the Saltash Branch of Fox and Sons and am grateful for the ongoing support given during the purchasing period.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Fox & Sons was great. When my landlord decided to sell up Rebecca came to do the valuation and quickly got me booked in to see their mortgage advisor, Jake, and I can honestly say that Jake was amazing. He went above and beyond to find me a good mortgage deal, answered all my first time buyer-y questions and guided me through the whole process. Rebecca and Dylan were also helpful and flexible around viewings, and the house I ended up buying (and have now moved into) was found through them. All in all, a good service from everyone there and I enjoyed dealing with all of them, but Jake especially is a real credit to the company.

Negative experience: Called and emailed the rental office to enquire about a property multiple times on different days, all within business hours. No one ever answers the phone or email. Desperate to find a place to rent, and they are useless. I don't recommend them at all.

Negative experience: A total waste of time and effort. We offered £10000 over the asking price and we're told that the vendor wanted more. The ASA used to have rules about this sort of action. Why advertise for a price less than your client wants?

The service that I received from Morgan & Annie at the Saltash Branch has been nothing but exemplary. I have been informed of updates as and when they’ve arisen, from numerous phone conversations and letters, giving me huge confidence in them. Unfortunately for us too few matched our essential requirement. Saltash has a good community vibe, people are obviously happy to live there and as a result reluctant to move on. I would not hesitate to contact Lee Coxon, Branch Manager, and his team should we find ourselves on the move again.

I have had a bad experience with agents before but Bethany explained the processes and always keeps me updated.

Fox and sons got more viewings in the first few weeks than the other agent did in 6 months. We sold within 3 months of changing to Fox and Sons. Great experience

Negative experience: Would not recommend if you’re looking to rent. Went in on 2 different days, no one from lettings was is in both times. My partner left his number with the lady from sales who said she’ll pass it on as soon as someone from lettings was back. After hearing nothing for a week we went in again. The lady reassured us that she did pass our number on. Another gentleman working in sales then emailed our number to lettings telling them to give us a ring. We still heard nothing back!! They clearly don’t want business. Better off looking for yourself ‍♀️.

Negative experience: Won’t let you put an offer in unless you use their mortgage services. Refused to pass on my offer despite having an existing mortgage that I was porting and an agreement in principle. When I complained to trading standards they panicked and sent me a letter saying I had made an offer and then withdrew it before it went to the vendor. Complete lies- they refused to pass on my offer as I was using an independent mortgage advisor. Bought a property with another EA who followed the rules and didn’t force me to use their mortgage and solicitors.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely blown away by Fox & Sons Saltash professionalism and knoweledge of the local property market. Initially had our property marketed by a Plymouth agent for several weeks with only 1 viewing during this period. Changed to Fox & Sons and within an hour already had a viewing that afternoon. Within under 2 weeks a sale has been agreed. I cannot thank the Team led by Martin enough for all their help and support....you're a great bunch!

Fantastic experience: I wanted to write this review with complete honesty! I used to use Bradley’s around 6 months ago they used to give a reasonable service. Up until the last few months they have had a refresh of team members and are all extremely useless and unfriendly except one staff member! I initially asked Bradley’s to find a tenant but after 2 months with hardly any viewings and not much feedback I lost all faith with Bradley’s. I then met Tom from Fox and Sons who went out of his way to find a tenant for me and I had many viewings. It only took 2 weeks to find a fantastic tennant! The service has been A1 throughout the whole team. In particular Tom and Laura from the Lettings team and Martin from the sales team. Nothing is ever to much for them. Whenever I phone up they are always extremely friendly, helpful professional and understanding to my individual needs. I have to admit I’m not always the easiest person to please but with the team in Fox and Sons In Saltash you really can’t go wrong and I would recommend this branch to anyone without hesitation. I look forward to a long and happy relationship with Fox and Sons.

Fantastic experience: This is a review of the work carried out by Laura and Tom as representatives of Fox & Sons, Saltash, and not the parent company, Sequence Home. Laura and Tom were at all times professional, resourceful, and committed to providing an excellent level of service, often under difficult circumstances, in part caused by a challenging tenant, and also the aforementioned parent company. Being a remote landlord it was imperative that I developed a level of trust with Laura and Tom in order to have peace of mind that they would act with integrity and diligence on my behalf in securing a suitable tenant, and act as effective intermediaries for the life of the tenancy. I'm pleased to say they succeeded with ease. I can wholeheartedly recommend their services, but would advise any landlord to deal directly and only with the team at Fox & Sons in Saltash.

Negative experience: Lack of communication, constantly misinformed me throughout the move and increased the stress levels. Being told it’s in the hands of the solicitors and there is nothing more they can do, even though the contracts haven’t been exchanged isn’t the service I expected.
