Following an expert viewing Abbi quickly accepted and with Erin's support facilitated the deposit guarantee scheme. Sophie moved in quickly and has been well supported in her tenancy ever since. Abbi was particularly prompt in organising the Virgin Engineer and talked Sophie through her expectations clearly, so that broadband could be restored in an efficient and effective manner! She's very happy on the West Hoe and will only be leaving due a positive change in our relationship.

Negative experience: I was meant to view a flat share with abbi and turned up and no one was there 15 minutes after so I phoned and she said she sent me an email but she didn't no apology from abi or the company and they blamed me. Abbis lack of iq isn't my fault and your company should work on their customer service. Wouldn't recommend using this company

Fantastic experience: I just moved down to Plymouth, with great help from Abbi at Francis Stuart Lettings. I struggled to find suitable accomodation with other letting agencies. However, Abbi made a slightly daunting process, exceptionally seamless and easy. Immediately after applying, I got sent a questionnaire asking about my preferences for housing. Within days I got a reply from Abbi with a great offer, tailored to my preferences. In about 1.5 weeks I had paid my 1st month's rent and deposit, and in 2 weeks I had signed the tenancy agreement and moved in. My new place is fantastic and easily commutable from work. I am truly thankful to Abbi and the team at Francis Stuart Lettings for being so friendly, quick to reply, and so helpful with the admin work. I highly recommend this letting agency!

Negative experience: Find it quite disappointing that the agents never get back to you, or respond to email enquiries. We are aware that a response is normally 2-3 working days and it’s now been nearly 2 weeks.. and by this point, any property that we had showed any interest in - has already been let! Not only is their communication lacking coherence, if they do eventually answer their phone calls, you’re greeted with hostility and abruptness. The company and its staff are unapproachable.

I was getting evicted due to my previous landlord being unable to keep up with the mortgage, and I only had 3 weeks due to the fact I had lost my previous tenancy agreement. went there in a panic and was able to get moved into my new home in 2 and a half weeks.
