Communication was excellent throughout the process. We were kept well up to speed with what was happening, but they also communicated effectively with both the purchaser and solicitor in order to progress the sale. We have other properties, and advice regarding valuation and rental rates was very helpful. Responses to requests for assistance were always responded to positively and quickly. They facilitated access to the property for work while we were away, and assisted with queries relating to power. I highly recommend them and would have no hesitation in using them again.

So many agents now a days over value properties just to get the house on their books, then 2 weeks later after no enquiries and the agent comes back to you and says let's reduce the price.
