Fantastic experience: We are about to complete on the sale of our late mother's house. From Jed's initial visit we were impressed by his empathy, professionalism and non-pushy attitude. The marketing showed her house at its absolute best. It has taken a long time to sell (no reflection at all on Anderson Briggs), more due to the unique nature of the house, but the staff there never gave up and we are delighted they found buyers who have the same enthusiasm for the property that our parents had on first viewing it 25 years ago. Unfortunately not as high as we'd first put it on the market for but it sold quickly stc. The buyers solicitor wasn't very good so things got delayed, but Anderson Briggs kept things on track.

Negative experience: I couldn’t possibly recommend this company. The chap that came round to do my valuation disappeared into the garden for quite some time. When I went to see what he was doing I found him cuddling my pet Alsatian. I brushed it off initially, but in the weeks since his visit, our dog has become very withdrawn and gone off his food. I cannot be certain of what happened that fateful day in the garden, but I now have a near suicidal dog who flinches when anyone walks behind him.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend if you’re planning on moving home. Everything was so smooth from the valuation all the way to completion. Nothing was too much of an ask. Always chasing our buyers solictors for us as they were very slow. I also liked that as soon as the house goes onto the market they’ll set up a what’s app group to arrange viewings and to let you know about any offers.
