Negative experience: Absolutely useless and clearly do not care about their residents. I have been renting for 9 months, and after a family member moved out, I requested an updated tenancy agreement. Despite repeated follow-ups, I am now in my fifth month of waiting with no response or resolution. On the very first day of moving in, the electricity tripped without anything even being plugged in, and it still hasn’t been fixed to this day. I genuinely cannot comprehend how an agency can be this unresponsive and incompetent.

Fantastic experience: We tried to purchase a house through Knightsbridge. The agency were great at keeping us informed. The purchase process took over a year, due to difficulties with gaining vacant possession of the property. Special mention for Jake who stepped in when the purchase started to go awry. He maintained a level of effort, communication and professionalism that was very refreshing. In the end the purchase didn’t go through, but that was in no way down to Jake or his team. The market changed and we were unable to agree a fair market price. If you need an agent that is prepared to go the extra mile and will try to assist you all the way then I would highly recommend Knightsbridge. They provide a first class reliable service with good honest advice and all done with a level of respect and always with a smile.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Al at the viewing to Beth in constant contact with me from start to finish via WhatsApp and telephone was exceptional. My offer was lower than the asking price but Beth spoke to the landlord and was accepted. Beth kept me informed all the way. The customer service from the estate agency was great they have a bad reputation but Knightsbridge are different

They were able to offer a sensitive approach at a difficult time and gave good advice and set realistic expectations for us. Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with Knighton Estate Agents. I was scheduled for a property viewing today, but upon arrival, no one from the agency was present. The owner did not allow me to enter, and when I called the agency, I was told my viewing had been cancelled—without any prior notice. To make matters worse, I was informed that the property was listed on Airbnb and occupied by tenants, yet the person staying there was aware I was supposed to view the house. Overall, this was a very unprofessional and frustrating experience, and I would not recommend Knighton Estate Agents.

Negative experience: Knightsbridge accepted my valuation appointment, offered to bring me coffee and then cancelled with 2 hours notice. A wasted morning off work - won't be recommending to friends and family - if my postcode was not in their core area, they should have said when I called. Poor.

Fantastic experience: Not the cheapest for sale, but you get what you pay for and I think it was worth it. Good communications, helped pointing solicitors and chain in the right direction. Selected them as they were hounding me with potential houses and figured I'd doing that with me then they will push my house into being viewed by many. In terms of finding a property felt like they took the time to understand what we were after, and mostly what we were shown was a good shout. Much easier to deal with than some of other estate agents we tried to look at houses with. Again a good reason to use for our sale. Thanks team, and special mention to Beth, Jake, Josh and Jessica.

He secured us a viewing almost immediately, talked us through all of the relevant next steps and checked in with us daily to make sure that everything was running smoothly and to timelines. It has been smooth sailing and by far the most pleasant experience I’ve had with an estate agency. Fantastic experience: I put my late Mother’s home on the market in November 2022, just when the market collapsed. Bethany Fletcher was sales negotiator, she was always positive & polite. Fantastic experience: We had the loveliest experience last week with Knightsbridge whereby Beth rang us with a surprise piece of news - our cat, Mittens, had been found trying to get into our old house two years after going missing not long after Knightsbridge sold that house for us and we moved into a new one. Mittens ran away from the new house and was missing for over two years. We had given up hope. When Beth rang, we were on holiday in Corfu and not due back for a few days, so she was extraordinarily kind. She went to collect Mittens, managed to lure him into a cat basket and took him back to her house, where she cared for him as if he was her own. He even slept snuggled up beside her all night, every night!! We can't thank her enough. Beth went way over and above, and we are so grateful. Thanks to Beth's kindness and care, we have our beautiful boy back, which is something we never thought would happen. Positive experience: For the most part, Knightsbridge made my purchase of my first home as simple and as straightforward as you can reasonably expect. They never caused any delays and it was a nice touch with the gifts upon completion (much appreciated, team!). The reason I give 4/5 is that, for maybe the first month of the purchasing process, it felt a little too obvious that the agents were on the seller's side. Yes they rely on completion for their cut etc but I'd have appreciated a little more sympathy at times. I can't remember what her name was (completion was several months ago) but my agent misquoted something put forward by the seller (which I obviously contested) and she seemed frustrated once or twice with me carrying out additional checks on the property; a purchase that involves me sinking my life's savings is not something I take lightly and I was not going to rush it, regardless of the seller's preferences. Fortunately Jessica took over for the final stretch of the purchase, she's a great asset to your team and was a pleasure to work with. You hear some real horror stories with some house buys but Knightsbridge are definitely one of the better teams out there. I'd certainly use them again.
