Fantastic experience: Very good helpful informative and thorough and would highly recommend their service and an outstanding team of Rebecca Kathryn Katie Miranda and Ben make the whole buying and selling experience stress free

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic experience with Holders Estate Agents for both selling our house and purchasing our amazing new home. The communication via WhatsApp was consistently good throughout what is always a stressful process, and they really helped support me, my partner, and my kids through the transition. I especially appreciated receiving the Rightmove weekly reports, though I think these could benefit from a brief attached FAQ to help clients fully understand the data. Similarly, adding a 'Moving Day FAQ' to their structured WhatsApp process prior to completion would be an incredibly helpful tool for buyers and sellers. Overall, a highly professional team that we would absolutely recommend!

Fantastic experience: “A huge thank you to Katie and Rebecca for their outstanding support and continuous follow-up throughout my first-time property purchase! As a first-time buyer, I felt quite nervous about the whole process, but Katie and Rebecca guided me every step of the way — from viewing properties, negotiating the price, handling all the paperwork, liaising with solicitors, sorting out Stamp Duty, transferring energy suppliers, updating my address, and especially managing the company name Holders on the title deeds. Their patience, clear explanations, and proactive help made me feel completely reassured and confident. Thanks to them, the entire transaction went so much smoother than I expected. I really appreciated their efficiency and attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Holders to anyone looking to buy a property — thank you for helping me secure my new home!

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Holders highly enough. From the very start of the process, Rebecca and her team were on top of everything. They made things happen, kept the process moving, dealt immediately with any questions, kept me fully informed, and liaised with everyone else as necessary. Nothing ever seemed a bother and responses were always positive. Follow-up was also always exceptional - even on a couple of things arising after completion. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: We had a very positive experience with Holders estate agents. Great marketing! We chose them because they were the best value, had the best reviews and marketed the house at the highest price of all the quotes we had and achieved the full asking price on the first day of viewing. All the staff were friendly and responsive.

Fantastic experience: Holders were great through the purchase of my first property. So helpful and informative, a really friendly team and so patient with my endless questions. Would thoroughly recommend. Thank you again!

Fantastic experience: I approached Holders when I already had my property on the market for a while. Rebecca from Holders was very professional and gave me a really positive response and was absolutely convincing for me to go ahead with them. This was the best decision I made - within days I had high quality photos and videos up on their site and social media. The overall service from holders was really professional, always extremely responsive and crystal clear communication - always one step ahead in explaining what happens next - chasing up any parties. Very fair and really friendly to deal with. Their whole team was fantastic and very hardworking - They managed to generate interest very quickly also suggested the right price point and got my property sold with absolute minimum hassle for me - and all this - while I was abroad. I can’t recommend them enough and would say it has been the best estate agent experience I have had. Absolutely wonderful.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from Rebecca and her team , highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Millie was incredibly helpful throughout my property purchase, especially when it came to appointing third-party companies. She took all the stress out of the process by recommending reliable, trusted partners and arranging everything promptly on my behalf. The communication from the team was excellent!

Fantastic experience: Holders were amazing during our property sale. The way our property was marketed meant it generated a lot of interest. They made it so easy and were so personable during a time when we wanted a hassle free, quick sale. I’d definitely recommend Rebecca and the team to anybody who wants to make their lives easier when selling!

Fantastic experience: Great service from Rebecca and her whole team. Excellent communication throughout and really worked hard on our behalf to get the sale through ASAP. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The Holders team have been amazing especially for a first time buyer like myself, as the processes can be a bit daunting. But the constant updates on what's going on and what needs to be done was the best thing to have to get my self on the property ladder. Thank you guys

Negative experience: Very unwelcoming behaviour of the staff, they treated me like a begger entered their office. They didn’t even greeted and offered a seat to me while themselves remained seated and asked for my details. I felt like going out from the office as quickly as possible. I was with my partner and that was so embarrassing for me that I can’t explain. Strict NO for this estate agency.

Fantastic experience: Rebecca and her team have been so professional and supportive with the sale of our bungalow which we were worried about at a stressful time. 100% get in touch if selling a property you won’t be disappointed

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from start to completion. I had the pleasure of buying from the team at Holders and would highly recommend them for both buying and selling. Thank you all

Fantastic experience: Definitely the best estate agent in Loughborough, helpful staff and efficient, they sold our house within 3 weeks

Fantastic experience: Estate agents do not have a strong reputation in the UK but Rebecca and the team at Holders are on a mission to change this. Rebecca has designed a process that is effective and thorough and then her team execute flawlessly. Whilst it is not possible to mitigate for other parties that are incompetent or disingenuous, the team constantly drive the whole process and provide perfect communication. We successfully sold two properties through Holders in a relatively short space of time and I cannot overstate how impressed we were and grateful for an excellent job. Holders are supremely professional whilst being head and shoulders above any other business we have encountered in terms of their service and attention to detail.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service from start to finish. The house sale ended up being quite long and drawn out through no fault of Holders, but the team kept me updated throughout, communication via the Whatsapp group was so convenient and there was always a staff member available to answer any queries or concerns I had.

Fantastic experience: Holders were very helpful from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, guided us through each step, and followed up promptly. Great service and support all the way.

Fantastic experience: We are so glad we chose Holders to help us sell the house. They helped us find a buyer within 2 weeks of putting it on the market, and we really felt they were in our corner throughout the process. The best thing was dealing with a whole team that was incredibly proactive and responsive, and being in a WhatsApp group with them made the communication very smooth and pleasant. The whole process (no chain on either side) took just 3 months. Thank you, Rebecca and team at Holders

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Selling my flat hasn’t been the easiest of rides – we’ve had a few bumps along the way and some delays with the solicitors (which was nothing to do with the agents). Luckily, the team at Holders were all over it from start to finish. They were proactive, kept in constant contact, and always chased things up without me having to ask. I’ve dealt with a lot of agents in the past, but Kathryn, Katie, Millie, Miranda, and Ben really stood out for their dedication and persistence in getting this sale over the line. Even when obstacles cropped up, they stayed on top of every detail and kept pushing things forward. Thanks to their hard work, we finally got it done – and I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: They were amazing from start to finish. I love that once my offer was accepted, they created a WhatsApp group for us to talk and stay updated. They kept me up-to-date with everything and they were just a joy to work with.

Fantastic experience: Rebecca and her team have been great managing the sale of my home. From the initial visit to the photos taken on a Friday at 4pm, sent to me to check by 6pm and on Rightmove the same evening! The whole process has been smooth and professional throughout. Her team communicate well throughout and kept me informed. Exchanged contracts yesterday and completing in 3 wks time. Many thanks to you and your team and I would have no hesitation recommending Rebecca Holders Estate Agency.

Fantastic experience: Holders have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. What could have been a really stressful experience was made so much easier thanks to their calm, professional and reassuring approach. The team were always on hand to answer questions, kept us in the loop throughout, and were genuinely lovely to deal with. We felt totally supported every step of the way. Thank you so much – we’re really grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone buying or selling!

Fantastic experience: Rebecca and the team are an absolute pleasure to deal with, great communication, very professional, focused and reactive, everything you need and expect but rarely get when buying and selling properties……Holders are a true 5 star company, could not recommended highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Excellent support from Rebecca and her team on our house sale and help with the valuation etc

Fantastic experience: Chuffed to bits with Holders! They helped us along with our house move excellently, keeping us updated via WhatsApp instantly, and helping us out with the inevitable madness of exchange and completion. Friendly, knowledgeable, and personable, they did us proud!

Fantastic experience: Holders were fantastic throughout. From Sally who showed me around the property initially being by far the most knowledgable estate agent about the property she was selling I had come across. To the whole team who talked me through the whole process from start to finish setup a WhatsApp group to send me updates and allowed me to ask questions at any point. Kept regular communication between solicitors, vendors and myself and often updated me even before my own solicitors had contacted me. They really were amazing cannot recommend them enough particularly as a first time buyer.

Fantastic experience: Very impressed by Rebecca’s approach to see my property. Definitely worked well with what is a quirky property. Despite a few challenges the Holders team have always been communicative, open and honest. There’s something in their approach which makes them extremely likeable. I’d have no hesitation to recommending them over others or indeed using them again if the need arose.

Fantastic experience: The house I was selling was my late fathers and was through probate. Holders were fantastic from start to finish. The initial buyer couldn't get a mortgage and when Rebecca looked into it she found that the EPC was totally incorrect and as she is qualified to do these herself she immediately did another and although the original buyer still couldn't get the mortgage Holders persevered and finally got it sold. It was a constant battle with solicitors and conveyancers and even though they were told not to chase things up they did and I truly believe if it hadn't been for Holders chasing things we wouldn't have completed and exchanged before the new Inheritance Tax deadline!! I would highly recommend this company, they are efficient, friendly, with excellent communication and marketing procedures. The use of social media and the enthusiasm they portray are just some of the qualities that make them a success!!

Fantastic experience: I have used holders to purchase a property in Loughborough! They are very supportive and would highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Our house was originally listed with another agent for nearly 5 months without success. Our daughter recommended Holders as she had previously sold 2 houses through them. Rebecca took new photographs and within just over a week our property had sold. We can't recommended Holders highly enough, from the very beginning they were very professional and communication was amazing. We were regularly updated by Sally who was always so helpful, efficient and kind answering our queries promptly. House selling and buying is always stressful but Holders and especially Sally helped it run as smoothly as possible. Thank you to all at Holders.

Fantastic experience: Let’s start by saying I can wholeheartedly recommend Holders. The entire experience with them from start to finish was incredibly easy and streamlined. We got 3 companies in to value our house, and it was clear from the minute Rebecca walked in and took her shoes off without even asking that she has a level of care and consideration that we hadn’t seen so far in our experience with other Estate Agents. Her enthusiasm whilst looking round our home was really welcome, and it only took a look between my husband and myself after she’d left for us to know that Holders was who we wanted. From there, the team worked hard to get our photos done (which were superb and truly showed our home for what it was) and listing up in super quick time as we’d already found a house we wanted. Most contact with the Team is via WhatsApp, and let me tell you, having all of the information in one thread that’s really easy to go back through is a flipping godsend when you’re dealing with terrible convoluted and mismatched email threads with everyone else involved in buying and selling houses . Our house sold in a smidge over two weeks, and we were able to get the house that we had originally seen and wanted. From there, communication with the Team was fantastic, always keeping us updated on things from their side, and chasing up where necessary with our solicitors (LPL, who were a nightmare) to try and keep things moving in a timely manner. While that certainly proved difficult (again, our solicitors were a nightmare) Holders were super good at keeping our Buyers in the loop so everyone knew where they stood. The whole process of house sales is a stressful one, we all know that, but Holders were the breath of fresh air that we very much needed during it all, and I genuinely can’t recommend them enough. If we ever decide to sell again, 100% we will be going with Holders. I wanted to say thank you to everyone who dealt with us in the Team, from Rebecca to Sally, Ben and Miranda, you all made us feel like a priority and that we definitely weren’t just another pay check. Thank you all for bringing personality and humanity to this experience, we truly appreciate your efforts.

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Rebecca and her team enough for the service and support we received during the sale of our mother’s home. The sale was handled extremely professionally and speedily completed. Would recommend Holders wholeheartedly.

The entire process, from start to finish, was handled with exceptional professionalism. We strongly recommend their services. A special mention to Rebecca, who was an absolute delight to work with—efficient, approachable, and always helpful. Thank you, Holders Estate Agents, for making this a smooth and pleasant experience!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service, first time buyer and had help throughout the whole process. Thankyou to you all

Fantastic experience: Excellent team. Excellent service from start to finish. Initially I called to make an enquiry and Rebecca came out to value for us and very quickly got us on the market. A day for photos a marketing package and our for sale board. Sally and the team in the office are fantastic and nothing was ever too much trouble. We sold on the first viewing and they negotiated and managed the sale throughout with regular, unprompted updates. Communication was excellent as well as keeping things on track with solicitors. It has been seamless and went through in about 3 months. One very happy customer and I will be recommending them to everyone. Thanks again Holders.

Fantastic experience: Rebecca and colleagues are great. My purchase dragged on through solicitors on both sides missing important aspects until the last minute, but all at times Holders communicated with me every time there was an update, and were very patient with me popping in all the time moaning! Would highly recommend this wonderful team.

Fantastic experience: I would like to Thank Rebecca and Ben and the whole team at Holders for everything they have done ,for their support and putting my property on the Market ,explaining everything to me about the process and never feeling under any pressure from them, they have been friendly approachable but professional at all times, When I decided to use them to sell my house they were an extremely Good price ,and after arranging a suitable time and date with me ,again under no pressure they came out and took photographs ,they explained what happens next and my house was listed ,and im so Happy I got the full asking price ,I can't Thank them enough for making what I thought was going to be a stressful time ,into an enjoyable experience I would thoroughly recommend Holders Thankyou so much x

Fantastic experience: We sold our house through Holders a few weeks ago were very happy with the service that they provided. We found them to be very helpful at all stages of the process and were particularly impressed with the speed of their communication. It appeared to be very much a team effort with all members of the team able to deal with any of the queries that we had and as a result we were not left waiting for one single person to respond. We would recommend Holders to anyone considering selling their house. A big thank you to Rebecca and her team.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Rebecca and her team. Their attention to detail, "always on" communication and overall empathetic but professional approach helped secure a buyer from four offers within two weeks. Would definitely utilise their services again. Oh, and the Instagram walk through videos and drone are well worth it as a differentiator.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible communication. We were buyers and we always felt very well looked after from the whole team who were very kind, friendly and super helpful. Couldn’t recommend enough to sell or buy through Holders.

Fantastic experience: We're currently in the process of buying a house through holders (completing today). They have made the process so easy with constant updates and replies to our enquiries pretty much instantly. Next time we sell a house we're 100000% going to use holders. Thanks to Rebecca, Ben and Miranda for being a pleasure to deal with!

Fantastic experience: I’m very pleased with the service I received from Holder for my home sale. It was my first time selling, and whilst the process can be daunting, Rebecca and the team were fantastic every step of the way, even despite the external pressures faced at the end of last year when trying to find a buyer! Their communication throughout was excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch real estate services.

Fantastic experience: After struggling to sell my property with two other agents over a period of 8 months, I was so impressed when I switched to Holders and they sold my house within the first 2weeks of marketing it! They are great with their digital marketing. Very professional and the team communicated with me constantly throughout the process. I would highly recommend Holders to any prospective sellers!

Fantastic experience: Thank you Rebecca and all of the team. Professional Service and absolutely great communication from start to finish. Definitely would recommend.

Fantastic experience: From my initial meeting with Rebecca, I found her to be punctual, very personable and enthusiastic. I decided to use Holders as its Rebecca's own business and rightly believed therefore that she would be more conscientious and proactive in marketing my property. Particularly important as we live some distance away so left viewings etc to Rebecca and Ben. Holders listed my property promptly with accurate and descriptive particulars and great photographs. They sold my property STC quickly and the sale has gone through in 12 weeks. Very responsive and great communication throughout. A pleasure to deal with. Thank you all for your help and patience. Would have no hesitation in coming back to you in the future and would absolutely recommend Holders estate Agents to anybody I know. Neil & Mark

Fantastic experience: A great estate agent to work with from start to finish of the sale of my house. I had no experience at all of selling a house so it was all new to me but Rebecca and Ben made it so easy for me. Excellent coverage of my house from the original photos and video, updating along the way as my house was cleared. I had moved a bit of a distance away so it was all left in their hands. Really nice people to work with and that makes a world of difference. Would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Through both buying and selling our home, Rebecca’s service was outstanding, her knowledge on the local market and excellent marketing skills were impressive.
