Fantastic experience: There is no star other than 5 star for Allison, simply the queen of what is great about houses. I don’t believe I’ve ever given a 10/10 or a 5 star but there you go. There are many dodgy estate agents about and rarely a high end find, and I’ve sold many a property over the years so I’m accustomed to the goodish, the bad, and the very ugly. Allison’s no nonsense approach and zero waffle enables a realistic property evaluation of your home, a dedicated promise of footfall and offers, and a basic human commitment to being honest and open with communication. She delivered all of the above with 17 viewings in a month, 3 second viewings and 3 offers. I couldn’t fault the pact that was made and stuck to, I respect and truly appreciate what you did Allison. Alison was great from the very start, very approachable and gave fair and realistic advice regarding valuation of my property, rather than trying to overvalue to gain custom, as some other estate agents do. This meant my flat sold at the asking price without being listed for months and months or needing price reductions. Alison was great with handing all communications between me and the buyer, especially when some issues needed resolving after the home buyers survery. She was also really helpful with chasing my buyers solicitor, who wasn't very proactive. I would definitely recomend Watson Homes.

They are way more responsive than all the other agents we have dealt with in the past and every member of the team is positive and proactive. We did manage to sell our house with Watson Homes, however, we could not find a suitable property before the stamp duty holiday came to an end and decided to take our house off the market.
