Negative experience: I've read Zeeshan Akbar's review from last month and completely disagree; it's as if we're discussing entirely different agencies. Having dealt with N2 Lettings for years, I've experienced only very poor, non-existent service. Recently, they failed to acknowledge and forward pre-court actions to their client-landlord, which will cause significant legal and financial pressure on both the landlord and the tenants. I want to warn anyone considering using this agency. I don't find it easy to share negative feedback, but problems with this office have caused me tremendous stress and wasted time. Thank you for your response. However, this is very misleading, as the issue remains unresolved. Due to gross mismanagement by this office, especially Najma a legal claim is forthcoming. Had the matter been handled properly, this situation would not have arisen. I want to warn all clients and tenants of this agency of their misconduct. I have documented instances of mismanagement by N2 Lettings, including their failure to forward pre-court actions to their client-landlord. This documentation includes dated correspondence and records of unresolved issues. Najma has acknowledged on the 22/01/25 pre-court actions and on the 05/02/25 denied managing this property and rejected to forward the letter to the landlord.

Fantastic experience: I first heard about N2 Lettings back in 2017 I remember during which they just started to grow, I was not very sure about handing over my property for lettings n maintenance however my close mate took a risk and did hand over his property. Fast forward 7 years, my friend is very extremely happy with their service, absolutely hands off and no hassle. In early 2024, I meet Malik & Najma, had a good chat and handed over my property, till now absolute hands off service. From my experience I would highly recommend them for lettings and maintenance, rest assured you will have a peace of mind.

Negative experience: I am a victim of a gross mismanagement of this company, for the past year I've had a numerous, constant, lasting days if not weeks leakages into my property from the property that N2 Lettings in managing. The agents were never taking a prompt action and let the water simply leak into my property causing a total damage to my flat including no electricity for a month due to wet cables. This is a total luck of care and a gross misconduct of their part. All communication with them was so poor as they never picked up the call and didn't care about this severe leakages. Most of the time took them weeks before they stopped the leakage and this is repeatedly happening every month. I'm at loose end and desperate to resole this ongoing issue. I'd like to find out if N2 lettings is part of Property Ombudsman Scheme or Property Redress Scheme to use mediation to rectify and deal with all the damages to my property. Are you part of any scheme to resolve disputes with tenants, landlords and neighbours matters as this would be an appropriate conduct of a reputable estate agency?

Negative experience: This is the worse estate agency and management company I’ve come across. Stay away from them!!!! Their conduct is appalling, never answer the calls, their management service is poor and their properties are unsafe and a substandard condition and do not match health and safety standards. There’s a court case going on at the moment and I hope they’ll be shut down soon.

Negative experience: Fake fake fake! Umar called me saying Manik will come at 5pm to view my property for rental. 6.30pm and noone turned up. My calls get ignored and eventually Umar is saying there may be traffic and Manik will not turn up. Such time wasters!!!
