Fantastic experience: Having recently completed a house purchase with KFH, I would highly recommend Daneisha and rest of the KFH Streatham team to any prospective home buyers and sellers in the area. Having been let down over another prospective purchase with a rival estate agency, dealing with KFH has been so straightforward in comparison and an absolute pleasure overall. Daneisha took the time to understand the type of home I was looking to buy, and didn't bombard me with anything that wasn't relevant. After getting an offer accepted, she also guided the process through to completion extremely quickly with prompt and transparent communication throughout.

Fantastic experience: Tom from the Streatham office was by far the most upfront on honest agent I dealt with when looking to sell my property. Other agents that I met came in with wild figures with nothing to back it up while Tom came in with the most honest valuation but with evidence to back it up. Fantastic experience: We were looking for a home and we were talking to a number of agents and KFH was by far the best service. Alex in particular was really brilliant, we had a lot of different requirements and he regularly sent us great properties that met our requirements. We found something on our 2nd viewing with KFH. He also managed the landlord and tenant relationship really well and was on hand for any other queries. Really professional and friendly and we love the place he found. Fahim from the office was also really great to deal with. Passionate staff with great customer service.

Negative experience: Would have given zero if I could. Utter garbage, they do nothing, they do not care about you, I had to pay overpriced contract renewals where the onky thing they had to do was change the dates and even got that wrong 9n multiple occasions. Held onto my deposit for no reason for weeks when my landlord okay'd it to be refunded the day I moved out and after all that the jumped up office manager treated me in an appalling manner. That's fir being their customer for about 15+ years. I would never use them again.

Fantastic experience: My partner and I recently moved to Streatham and rented a flat through the KFH branch. Caden was great throughout the whole process; he was always very responsive to our calls and queries, and regularly kept us updated.

Negative experience: My experience with this agency has been overwhelmingly negative. despite initially feeling well cared for as a customer once in the flat as the tenant everything changed. They operate with an intimidating, pressure-heavy approach that seems designed to benefit landlords at the expense of tenants. Their tactics often feel like a coordinated “good cop / bad cop” routine with landlords, which only adds to the stress of renting through them. They frequently give incomplete, half-truth legal direction, relying on the fact that many tenants won’t know their rights. They present internal policies as though they are legally binding obligations, when in reality these arbitrary rules can often be dismissed at the landlord’s discretion. This deliberate blurring of the line between law and agency preference is manipulative and misleading. a specific example (amongs many) of their corrupt and manipulative behaviour is purposefully withholding rent that was paid to them on time in full over to the landlord leading him to believe we hadnt paid and attempt to evict us. Compassion is completely absent. Even in serious personal circumstances — such as the death of one of the tenants - they show no empathy and continue their relentless pursuit of fees, paperwork, and demands. It’s a deeply dehumanising experience that leaves you feeling more like a cash cow than a tenant. Ironically, landlords don’t come off much better either. The agency seems to squeeze them just as hard, charging heavily for their services while playing both sides to maximise profit. If you’re looking to rent, I would strongly caution against using this agency — they apply pressure at every stage, distort legal realities, show little concern for your wellbeing, and leave you feeling cornered. If you’re looking to buy, they may treat you more favourably (because that’s where they make their money), but renters should avoid at all costs.

Fantastic experience: We cannot emphasis enough just how excellent Emilia Minopoli was during our house search. We were new to the area and she did such an excellent job taking the time to understand what we were looking for, explain the pros and cons of the different options and then help us find the perfect place. She was incredibly kind, responsive and helpful with everything we needed from the search and all the way through the buying process. We were particularily impressed with her ability to guide us through different points of the negotiation to find an outcome that worked for all sides and ultimately get the sale over the line. Negative experience: Over-promised and under-delivered. Pleasant enough to deal with but we were never treated like a priority and had to routinely chase for updates on the sale of our flat. Advice on pricing it was poor and we eventually moved to Foxtons.

Also Caitlin was able to respond quickly to detailed questions about the property when asked in person or by email.
