Fantastic experience: I switched to KFH after a pretty challenging experience with another local agency. Rebecca was great from the start, I appreciated her always being straight down the line and not giving you the standard lines you tend to get given to make you happy. The interactions with all the team were always great - efficient and honest. Sophie found me a buyer and was brilliant throughout the process especially when things became pressured due to the chain. I really appreciated her full transparency when sharing communication with my buyer and I, as well as her being all over chasing solictors. Negative experience: Extremely poor management and lack of responsibility. After paying, signing the contract, and agreeing on a move-in date, we arrived to find the house dirty, damaged, and not ready to live in. The agency refused to deal with the issue and redirected us to the landlord, who was not informed at all. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and communication. This was a very stressful experience and I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Fantastic experience: Incredible service at KFH! We first had our viewing with Alexia at KFH a few months ago when we were looking to buy a house, and she was fantastic from the start. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always very quick to respond to any of our queries throughout the entire process.
