Positive experience: After a thorough research and one of Which recommended property selling agent, we engaged in their services to sell our property. Amit Patel was quick to response to any enquiries we had and as agreed he was on the ball in arranging the photographer along with placing the advert on all platform on the agreed date. We are really impressed with service offered by Amit for the first half of the selling process i.e. initial contact, arranging the "For Sale" sign, Photographer and the advert. Too early to comment on the 2nd half of the process, which is also an important part so I will update the review in due course! Small concerns: 1. For sale sign fell due to storm and I was advised that it is my responsibility as a homeowner to maintain it. It is in the small print! 2. Pictures of the house were posted before selecting and agreeing. Disappointed with the pictures therefore I contacted 99home and no one came back!

We admittedly had a bumpy start with 99homes and wasn’t sure if these online reviews can be trusted. But we loved the home that was advertised and decided to take a chance with them. Once I had my first chat with Puja Mehra, our impressions changed - she was busy and on 3 calls in parallel but still when I had her attention she was patient and thorough explaining everything from regulations to processes. We had many a knot to untie in the journey from offer to contract but she skilfully managed them all - in our home, she became the most important caller in those weeks Respectful, lovely, compassionate and hardworking - 99homes have a huge pillar in Puja and I hope they can train many more mini Pujas as they grow and scale.

Fantastic experience: When searching online for letting agents I came across 99 Home. After some comparision and seeing online reviews we decided to go with 99 Homes. As this was our first time letting the property, we weren't sure how to go about the business but 99 Home made it very easy for us. Whole process was very smooth. We had lots of interest in our property once the advert went live and we had shortlisted tenant within first week. 99 Home guided us through out the whole process. Everyone we spoke to in their office was very polite and helpful. We mainly dealt with Ishan once the advert was live but we also delt with few other people including Vivek, Komal and Payal. We were all super helpful. Main attraction for going with 99 Home was their price point and it did work out as they had advertised. There were no hidden charges and it only costed us fraction of highstreet letting agents. I would definitely recommend 99Home for letting or selling your property.

Positive experience: This is the first time I have used an online agent. I usually use one of the High Street estate agents but this time I decided to go it alone. There’s no doubt that it takes a lot of work when you are doing it yourself, for example, writing descriptions, taking the photos, uploading everything, working out the detail. I also found the website a bit tricky to use and it wasn’t clear what all the different functions were. I did struggle with this quite a lot and it took up a lot of my time trying to work things out. However, 99home were there every step of the way. Once my property was up and ready for verification, I received a phone call from one of their agents, Payal. She was very good at talking me through things and explaining what the next stages were and discussing what would happen next. She also found out information for me in terms of HMO licences. As I said, I normally leave it to the estate agent, so my knowledge of everything wasn't as comprehensive. My listing was then taken over by Ishan. Again, he was with me every step of the way. He was quick to respond either by telephone or email, explained procedures and next steps. Once we had chosen tenants, 99home took care of the rest. At the very last minute, I decided I wanted a professional inventory rather than doing it myself. Ishan got that sorted within 24 hours! I cannot fault the communication of 99home, it was excellent. It was also good to speak to human beings rather than relying on everything being done online via email. Every time I had a question, Ishan very quickly went to find out the answer for me and provide me with any documentation that I needed. The reason I have given four stars and not five, is that the website needs more clarification. Although I have successfully rented my flat through 99home, it would be good if 99home could provide a video user guide that talks you through the entire website. I did look for this, eg on YouTube, but couldn’t find any information. Overall the experience was very good, the staff were very polite, helpful and patient, and I will definitely use 99home again.
