Everyone he reccomended from the Conveyancers to the Surveyor and Removal company were of the best quality and service. It really was a 1 to 1 relationship and felt very personable. Fantastic experience: Harry is a one in a million estate agent, an absolute gem who I would 1000% recommend if you’re buying/selling a house. From the moment we first met him we knew he would be a good fit, friendly and approachable but professional, and had obviously done his research about prices in our area for similar houses to give us an honest opinion about the saleability and recommended listing price for our home. The moment we were ready to move forward he rapidly organised for professional photos and drone footage as well as a classy for sale sign, and had our Rightmove listing prepared with a fantastic summary of our home. Even before the listing went live, he was advertising our property on social media and had booked multiple viewings! Fantastic experience: I used James to sell my house when a previous agent couldn’t. Right from the start he was professional and helpful and communicated with me constantly. James conducted all of the viewings, something the previous agent didn’t do, which put me at ease. James sold my house pretty fast which was great. Unfortunately the buyer pulled out just before exchange, and so I didn’t lose the house I was buying, I instructed James again to sell my property. One open house later and he sold my house a second time. I can’t recommend James enough to anyone wanting to sell their house. It’s not been plain sailing in regards to my sale, but none of that was to do with James. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure that my sale and subsequent purchase went through, often chasing solicitors when they were not doing what they were meant to. After the stress of moving I don’t think I want to move again….. ever. But if I did, I would never use another agent

Fantastic experience: We purchased a house from a lovely lady who was selling through HR Estates. Zack was absolutely incredible from start to finish. When we first viewed the house Zack was so informative and knew the house as if it was his own! We very quickly put our offer in, Zack kept us informed every step of the way and was always incredibly quick to respond. We were eager for a quick sale, as was our seller. Zack ensured he was constantly pushing things along, even as far as advising and helping with our sale! He went above and beyond, constantly chasing the solicitors through the whole chain and advising us with complications on our own sale! I don't know how we would have managed our sale and purchase without Zack, he made the whole process so smooth. If we were ever to sell again we would definitely go with HR Estates as they were 10 times better than the estate agents we chose!

Fantastic experience: Emma at HR was amazing from start to finish. We invited three different agents to quote and we chose Emma because she gave us the most confidence that we would get the best price for our home and the cost was the lowest too. Emma showed us other homes that had sold near and like ours, gave us tips and advice with regards to what we could do to make the property as presentable as possible and equally saved us time and money on doing stuff that wouldn’t make a difference. We were then on the market within a matter of days, professional photos were done with a very detailed and personalised description that highlighted positives about the area and amenities. Emma always kept us up to date, we had a WhatsApp group for our sale to organise viewing times etc and had calls to discuss offers and anything else that needed a conversation. Our first buyers unfortunately fell through, we were worried we might lose the home we had put an offer on but Emma spoke upwards to the chain on our behalf and was able to ensure we didn’t lose that house. Emma was open about the whole situation and told us promptly, we had the house back on the market same day, we had new viewings and offers within a couple of weeks and because of the work Emma had done communicating with the chain, we didn’t lose the home we had our offer accepted on. We can’t recommend Emma enough!

Fantastic experience: Review : HR Estate Agents : Catherine Thompson TLDR : Cath is amazing and we would give her a rating of more than 5* if possible. Review : Cath was our 4th estate agent we used to help sell our home. She took the time to understand our frustrations and offered advice which eventually led to the sale of our property. She was also the only person to 'show' our home. She did not rely on a 'team' of people to attend the viewings. She had full knowledge of our home and all the local amenities (and had even previously sold one of our neighbours homes) A dedicate photographer was used who took the time to ensure everything was picture perfect. He even waited for the sun to come out to get the garden shots just right. The ad went on all the 'usual' platforms - but the most important thing was SHE handled all the enquiry's personally. When the offer was made and accepted, this is when Cath really stepped up and worked over and above. (I feel other estate agents may feel this is not their job) Post sale, Cath ensured everyone in the chain was kept in the loop, took time to contact all the estate agents and solicitors (again - way over and above!). She was instrumental in ensuring our exchange and completion was completed. I feel if she had not helped with this stage, we would still be waiting. (mainly for the solicitors!) We now consider Cath part of the family! As mentioned at the top of the review - 5* service but really should be 5*++++

We decided on them because they are a young , fresh company who may offer some new and innovative ideas on marketing the property . James was the agent who was appointed . From the start he was very professional and efficient, turned up on time and represented himself and the company splendidly. The house was sold within a week but then unfortunately the buyer pulled out . This was no problem , James kept us updated immediately and the house went back on sale and was sold again within 2 weeks . Despite all the challenges we’ve faced there has been one lady who has stood by us every step of the way to ensure we got here…our estate agent (and agony aunt) Emma Sheridan Emma has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. She must have received over 1000 WhatsApp messages from me these past 6 months Whatever time of the day, whether it be early in the morning or late at night, she was always at the end of the phone to help. She was even sorting things out for us when she was away on her holidays! Nothing was ever too much for her and she did everything with a smile on her face. Negative experience: The worst experience ever. Had a booking scheduled with one of the agents at 7:30PM. I was at the scheduled property at 7:20PM...was waiting to expect a call from thr agent to say they were running late...no call, no message. I ring the office and they don't have a scooby's as to who's meant to be doing the viewing with me and couldn't find the booking scheduled despite the agent arranging it with me 48 hours earlier. I called again and the most they could do was send them an urgent message to contact me. I left the property and expected to be called but received nothing. Called the following morning to reschedule and can't even get through to sales team because no one is available at 8am? The calls get routed to reception and doesn't even have an option to route the call to sales team directly. The worst experience from a so called prestigious estate agent. As a buyer it was completely awful.

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend Emma Sheridan enough for the help and support when selling my house. Emma was supportive from start to finish and her knowledge of the housing market in Coventry is second to none. Property went on the market on a Tuesday and she had 6 potential buyers lined up to view on the Saturday with 3 asking price offers on the day. It was great to deal with the same person from start to finish rather than getting passed on to different people at each stage. Would 100% recommend Emma to anyone looking to sell and would have no issues using her if I decide to move again in the future.
