Fantastic experience: Overall very good experience with the sales team. Gemma was always on hand to answer any queries and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. The team were also good in picking up questions, which was great as it meant there were no delays in the process. Also Claire kept tabs on both sides to help finalise everything. I would not hesitate using them again as the process was made easier with the teams help.

Negative experience: So this agency was seller agency. I was the buyer of the house. I think Claire did a great job so that's the reason why I gave 2 stars instead one, but unfortunately Claire stressed my and my pregnant girlfriend really a lot about that house which one we bought should've to collapse like couple of times as it took quite a lot of time. She said that they are family and they don't have any place to go.. Like to be honest I didn't care at all about them as I was in the hospital with my 1 day old newborn... I didn't mention anything about my situation and she shouldn't have as well as this is not how it suppose to be done. It should be on professional level and personal things keep for your self. Also she said many times that the deadline is whatever date. My conveyancer confirmed that the deadline wasn't true. So from my side as buyer not recommended. From seller perspective probably ok.

Negative experience: Had very bad experience of buying. Completion after 6 months offer being accepted. No information about important controls given with keys - electric, gas and water meters. Had a prepaid gas meter in debt so there was no gas supply for 4 days (in January). Appliances and many electrical sockets not working. Trash from renovation left on the property after i was told that it will be taken out before completion. Felt cheated. No accountability whatsoever.

Positive experience: Selling a home is a rare, one off experience, both emotionally and practically hence this support & service was great! We had perceived the process could have been long drawn but appointing their inhouse legal team made a big difference. Upon our decision to sell, we had tremendous support from the Radford team at Bairstow Eves especially Claire, Georgia & Gemma. Once set up formalities were complete, viewing appointments were smartly & swiftly arranged and we aimed for the sale to be completed in time for the festive season. To make this happen, we had to chase the buyers solicitors several times and though BEves were not always available on the phone, they responded readily on emails and saw it through to completion. Negative experience: **DO NOT TRUST THEM** I had a very disappointing experience with Bairstow Eves. Before moving in, they agreed to carry out cleaning and complete the requests I made. They even called to confirm everything was done, so I signed the agreement and went to collect the keys. When I arrived, nothing had been done. The property was not cleaned and the issues were still there. I had to constantly chase their cleaning company myself, and still nothing was resolved. Bairstow Eves refused to take responsibility and kept passing the problem from one person to another. Because of their failures, I had to extend my temporary stay and pay extra costs out of my own pocket. I also noticed they asked me to leave a review during the first visit, before any of these issues became apparent, which now feels like an attempt to avoid negative reviews. In my experience, do not trust their word. Do not sign any agreement based only on what they tell you over the phone. Always insist on viewing the property again right before signing anything.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience working with Gemma and Claire from the beginning to end .We had a great communication moment and was able to understand each other, as a first time buyer have no ideas , they were very supportive and well explain what ever I was not clear about , each step of the process was well explained in a way that was easy to understand.As far as I know they are great in their job and not hesitating to recommend them to others. My house was a complicated sale due to personal circumstances and we had a number of interests and 2 sales however due to no fault of anyone at bairstow eves Radford I was forced to move to a new agent. The girls here are exceptional and very patient they deserve gold stars for putting up with my situation. Melissa undertaking the viewings in an awkward environment and not batting an eye lid and Claire has just been promoted and I feel it's very well deserved the back and forth and time she showed me and my ex husband was undoubtedly amazing. I was very disappointed when my hand was forced to change agents because they were so empathetic towards us and help take the stress off any biased opinions during sales by undertaking the viewings themselves. Fantastic experience: The Team at Bairstow Eves recently sold my family property for us and it was very smooth and effortless for us. We had listed the property with another agent first and it was sold subject to contract but it fell through. As I was away for work I had to rely on this other agent to keep me informed but the sale fell through. After the sale fell through the house was still sold S.T.C for 3 weeks with the sold sign still up. When questioned the other agent still took 2 more weeks to correct this so I switched to Bairstow Eves. With them the house was listed and sold S.T.C within a few weeks and subsequently has been completed. We cannot recommend Gemma and the team enough. Thank you
