Positive experience: Asked for a valuation for probate purposes and it was done really quickly! Richard was friendly and helpful and sent the documents required straight away. Wanted to give 4.5 stars but can’t do the half so stuck with 4. Only reason being that it took 2 days to get a call back and I had to call again the second day. But I do understand they are busy - otherwise, really nice engagement and would definitely consider for selling the house.
