Fantastic experience: A quick update to my earlier review below, as I wanted to reflect the swift action taken by Maison Estates' Property Manager Absar in response to an electrical fault at one of our BTL properties. He very quickly had an electrician attend to fix the problem, which was appreciated by our tenants as well as ourselves. We remain very happy with Maison Estates' performance. Maison Estates have been managing a flat for us for just over a year now, so it seems like a good time to post a review. We looked at a number of agencies before selecting ME, and we're very happy with the latter's performance. We live overseas, so it's critical we have an agent who can respond quickly and effectively to issues raised by tenants, and Sab has proved adept at doing this. Co-founder Sanjay is highly knowledgeable about the Coventry housing market and continues to provide excellent advice as we seek to acquire additional properties. His co-founder Ben ensures that the financial paperwork is faultless, which is invaluable come tax return time! Jay and Jessica have proved to be very effective in finding good tenants, and Gerte keeps the whole office running smoothly. We would strongly recommend ME to prospective landlords.

Even though I didn’t end up with any of the properties I viewed with Maison, I must say that my experience with them was EXCEPTIONAL. I worked specifically with Jay and he was an absolute delight to work with. You don’t get to meet realtors that are as honest, sincere, positive and optimistic as he is. Plus his communication skills were top notch. He also gave timely updates and was always on time for viewings. Also the receptionists that always picked my calls (there were two of them I think) were always so friendly and courteous even with my constant calls. It meant a lot to me. Honestly, big thumbs up to Maison Estates, I definitely hope to do business with the team someday soon.

Fantastic experience: I just moved to Coventry and I used this agency to find my first rental property. I want to especially thank Rebecca as she was my person of my contact from viewing the property to signing the papers. She is knowledgable and professional. Prompt with responses and a joy to work with. We had a small hick up with the keys but Jay was quick and professional and fixed that issue for us. We had some issues with the boiler and water - Jodie and jay came to the rescue. They were apologetic and quickly contacted their engineer Devinder. Even though, we had a few issues our first week, the team were proactive and fixed our issues the same day.

Fantastic experience: I had some issues with one of our properties that tenants were not looking after properly in my opinion so complained to Absar. He straight away got in touch with the tenant and asked him to clean the property properly and generally take care of a few things that I felt the tenant should be doing and not just expecting the landlord to pay out. We had the property totally repainted and cleaned before these tenants moved in and they have not looked after it. Thank you so much to Absar who acted so promptly and turned it around for us and has shown the tenant how to respect the property more. First class

Fantastic experience: Very pleasant and professional experience! Jay called following a rental enquiry to update myself of the current status for the property that I had enquired about. Although unable to proceed with that particular property the offer of help was there may there be any other properties that come on the market. Fantastic experience: I rented my first house in the UK in Oct. 2024 through Maison Estates, and my experience has been exemplary thus far. In a recent instance, I submitted a termination notice to vacate the property but subsequently had to revoke it at a very late stage due to a change in circumstances. Jay at Maison Estates was exceptionally helpful and kind in explaining the situation and securing approval for me to continue my stay, which otherwise would have posed significant difficulties in finding alternative accommodation. As other reviews have indicated, I too found Jay to be extremely patient, kind, and caring. At no point did I feel that Maison Estates would exploit the situation for financial gain, despite the need to market the property and conduct viewings. Additionally, my interactions with them regarding maintenance and other queries have been impeccable. I am both happy and grateful for the support provided by Maison Estates.

Fantastic experience: Good responsive service. Jay promptly arranged viewing for a rental property woth followups. Although, in the end we decided to go for a different property, i felt warmth in his interactions.

Positive experience: The rental procedures were well-explained and the move-in process was smooth. However, we encountered an issue with the fridge-freezer, which the landlord refused to provide. We appreciate MAISON Estates compensating us with 50% of the replacement cost, which helped to resolve the issue partially.
