The in-house Countrywide Mortgage advisor, Jason, was also an added benefit as I could get clarity early on about what was possible from a mortgage perspective.

Luke came out to do the evaluation on our home and talked through the process making me wife who suffers from anxiety feel completely calm about the process. We had evaluation from outher company's but decided we would put the house on the market with ra bennets. They came out and did the photos and put the sign up and arranged a viewings a couple of days later. We had a hand full of viewings and within the week an offer had been put in which we happily excepted .This team are absolutely brilliant we can't recommend them enough and I no this review does not do them justice.

When the Bank of England recently reduced interest rates, Robert proactively got our rate lowered without us even asking. Ian and his team managed to sell my property in 24 Days!!! Also at the full asking price. My previous agent has too many properties of the same type which makes it harder to get a sale. My son recommended Ian to me as he had sold a property wiith Ian and his was sold before they had advertised it. If i need to sell another property I will definately us Ian and his team again.

Fantastic experience: This is the second time we have sold a property using R A Bennett. On both occasions the service, assistance and care have been outstanding. Both my wife and I have serious health issues and during the sales process we suffered a totally unexpected family bereavement. We were always treated with thought and consideration. There was never any pressure on us but we knew we could always contact the agency for help and advice. We were always informed in advance of viewings and, in view of our health issues and reduced mobility, the viewings were always carried by a member if the team. Using the solicitors reccommended by the agency made the process very easy. I criticise the agency and its staff in any way at all. Fantastic experience: If you’re a first time buyer, and especially one in an interracial relationship, (and has had weird interactions with some estate agents in Kenilworth, Leamington and Warwick as a result), I would recommend this R A Bennett branch. They were a breath of fresh air. We initially had Jason as our mortgage broker, and he was extremely helpful, answering our many questions. When we put down our first ever offer for a property (at a rival estate agent), Jason was extremely helpful even though it fell through. Luckily, what ended up happening was that we bought our first home last year via RA Bennett (with Pauline in Leamington), and it went well. Both were professional and polite helping us through the process.
