Fantastic experience: Extremely helpful staff and 5-star all round service. I rented a house from John German recently; Becky, Beth and Charlie did a very good job at making my life easier in terms of viewing, signing, explaining the fine prints and post move in support. They added a personal touch by gifting a customized box when we moved in, which had very helpful tips, some snacks and coupons (including from IKEA). Can recommend these folks any day.

Fantastic experience: Everything was good from the start. They listened when we made observations in regard to photos and came out and re shot a room. We were assigned staff who would always deal with us, and that was good. No question was to much trouble. We were kept up to date with what was happening The only observation I would make is that there was no after service. A call or card to welcome you to your new home. We received a hamper of things we would need tea coffee washing pods choc etc from the agent we brought the house from this I found very thoughtful and it made an impression.

Fantastic experience: John German sold my late Fathers property, they were helpful throughout the process and conducted all viewings on our behalf, they offered advice when needed and despite one chain collapsing (not their fault) they coped in the end with a much more complex and lengthy chain. They always responded quickly to telephone calls and Emails and the sales progression team worked hard to maintain contact with ourselves, buyers and solicitors. I would use them again.
