I should not have concerned myself as Jack and the team did a seem less job assisting me with what I needed to go, repairs to the house and getting it in a good position to sell and sell very quickly. Nothing was too much to ask. I highly recommend you consider Jack and the Team to make selling as pain free as possible.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked into the office and spoke to Jack, I knew I had found the people I wanted to sell my house. Then I met Gemma when she valued our house and that just cemented my decision. Jack and Gemma go above and beyond for their clients and have not disappointed us in the service we have had. The advertising, the promoting, (even using one of our favourite bands for the promo video) the communication, everything has been top notch! It is like gaining friends rather than doing a deal. He could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable , extremely approachable and friendly. I was out of my depth requiring a property valuation for a probate application. Fantastic experience: I recently spoke with Bethany Parker about renting, and while she was unfortunately unable to assist me with my specific situation, I want to highlight how polite, professional, and genuinely helpful she was throughout our conversation. Bethany took the time to clearly explain the process of renting, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I understood everything step by step. Her friendly manner and willingness to go the extra mile made the experience a very positive one, even though I wasn’t able to move forward. I truly appreciate her effort and excellent customer service.

Negative experience: We are first time sellers, so wasn't sure what to expect from an estate agent, but I can guarantee that not a single viewing in 6 months is normal. We were waiting for our for sale sign for 4 months. No floor plan was done for our property. Had 2 viewings that "cancelled", and we were only informed moments before they were due to arrive. We recieved no communication from them about what they were actually doing to sell our house, that is actually worth the cost of their service, apart from an occasional unexplained analytics report. Was promised a negotiator to come out but that didn't happen. I can not believe how much time we wasted using this estate agent, the level of incompetency is madness. When we finally were able to terminate the contract, they did nothing to correct the situation, or even ask any questions about why we wanted to leave. Unbothered. Do not get stuck in a contract with this agent because they will do NOTHING to sell your house.

With some branches I visited I was in and out really fast with very basic help and nothing that stood out, but Bethany at Butters was so informative and gave me multiple options and was so joyful the entire time. Id never heard of them to be honest, so was abit sceptical. But we liked the house so pushed on. The 2 girls we spoke to were amazing every step of the way right up to key exchange.. they could not of been any better. Myself and partner agreed then that they was the best estate agents in our area (cannock) Fast forward to now and we needed to get our house re valued to re mortgage.. so we contacted butters john bees again. Unfortunatly the 2 girls we dealt with previously no longer worked there, but we spoke to 2 girls jess and beth that work there currently..and we can honestly say they picked up from the previous 2 girls great attitude and support and provided another great service for us. Highly recommend butters john bees!! We would not use anyone else now Thanks BJB team.. we will be in touch when we require your services again

Negative experience: I had a truly awful experience with Butters John Bee in Cannock after returning to them because I bought my house through them 4 years ago. I had 4 weeks of no communication unless I was chasing them for updates. As a first time seller, I have no experience of what to expect and had explained this so expected to have assurance of a plan to sell my house and as a minimum some regular updates just to let me know what is normal and what to expect next. I was sold a dream at valuation of a communicative team who know what they're doing and who are worth their fee - which was explained to me is higher than other agents in the area, but supposedly, you get what you pay for. However, from the second my house was on the market I just did not get a good service. The team at Cannock were not proactive at all. My main issue was the lack of any communication from the team. I had no-shows where the team didn't communicate that with me until 10 minutes before they were due to arrive. Agents telling me that they would be there at a certain time and then being 15-20 minutes late. I had calls from 2 separate agents from the branch to get 2 viewers booked in and then was left waiting at home on the day of the appointment with no agent turning up or letting me know that they were also a no-show. When I called them to ask about this, they said it wasn't 2 separate viewers and they had actually cancelled and needed to rearrange but again, this wasn't communicated to me at all. So again, I was left waiting around for Butters John Bee to accurately communicate and organise themselves in any sense of the word. Whilst on the phone, the staff were rude and unhelpful, often coming across as condescending and not apologetic at all. There is a severe lack of accountability and accepting responsibility for the mistakes that were made, which I would have appreciated much more than the response that I got that was dismissive and defensive. In the end, I gave 28 days notice on my contract with them, but due to the persisting issues that I had with the team, it was agreed that this would be cancelled after 14 days because I was experiencing so much stress from the whole situation and from the team that was not improving at all. In the 4 weeks that my house was on the market with Butters John Bee, I had no viewings on my property. I have since re-advertised my property with another agent and have had 5 viewings booked in during week 1. Several of those viewers explained that they had tried to view my property via Butters John Bee but they never heard anything back from them. Please just read my review and at the very least think twice about the best estate agent for you.

Negative experience: Friendly service from the staff. But the property we purchased was marketed in immaculate condition. Since moving in we have unfortunately realised it is far from it and will cost an extreme amount of money to fix. This includes a garage roof that has been leaking for a long time causing the wooden beams to rot and we have since found out that the vendor was aware of this problem. There are numerous other problems to many to list. The propery is far from immaculate as advertised. This was a huge misenterpritation and we plan to seek legal advice.

Fantastic experience: Ellie was a ‘breath of fresh air’ in her friendly manner and professionalism. It was nice to meet someone who seemed interested in her role and keen to give us a good experience of showing us a house that in my view will be difficult to sell at the price the vendor wants. Ellie did not try and push the property to us and let us look around and listened to our opinion. She gave us the full picture of the house and vendor history, but also told us about the area, local amenities and what it was like to live in Cannock. We are relocating from Hampshire, so it was nice to feel welcomed to the area by Ellie.

Fantastic experience: Having been searching for a property in a different area as a priority, we decided to open our search up to Cannock to see if this area could be an option for our search. Adam was incredibly helpful and informative and put together an accompanied tour of a handful of different houses in the area to assist us with getting a feel for what was on offer. Adam carefully selected the properties he showed us and we really liked some of the options. It was really refreshing to have Adam accompany us on the tour, as the majority of the viewings we had gone on with other agents were direct with the vendor which was very impersonal and it really put us at ease having an agent come with us on the tour. The whole experience was fun, relaxed and Adam genuinely contributed to a lovely afternoon. We did find a property in our preferred location with a different agent in the end, but we would have been more than happy to agree an offer through Adam and BJB had the circumstances been different and we would have had absolute faith in them as an agency. Everyone I spoke to in the Cannock office was warm, friendly and genuine. I would highly recommend the team at BJB in Cannock.
