Negative experience: Absolutely awful experience from these incompetent people. Was “accepted” for 2 different properties, passed referencing then paid all deposits, only to be told with both properties that the landlord has apparently changed their mind last minute Went to Belvoir and got into our property after one week Absolutely awful Lettings team bridgefords are 0 communication, rude remarks on the phone and no control over their own properties. Would seriously consider not going with these especially if your first time renters

Negative experience: I've been with Bridgefords for just under a year. 9 months ago they performed a house inspection, of which they failed to file the report, and its taken 9 months for any form of remediation. The subcontractors they use - A&R Plumbing, regularly claim they are on their way and don't show up. The C02 alarm broke last week, and despite telling both the landlord & Bridgefords about it, nothing has been actioned - which is highly illegal. Not recommended.

Negative experience: As both a buyer and seller, this is by far the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with in over 20 years. They repeatedly fail to respond to basic queries. They do not return calls. Jack the manager is evasive and must be overstretched as he is unable to do the role properly. I ended up switching agent due to the clown like behaviour and the shear level of unprofessionalism shown.

Positive experience: Extremely frustrating. Bridgfords never seem to have the information at hand regarding a property and are seemingly incapable of returning calls when they have promised to do so. Very unprofessional attitude overall from an investors perspective.

Negative experience: My property already on the market, I called Bridgfords to arrange a viewing of one of their properties. Never got back to me and bounced all subsequent calls and message to answerphone. Discourteous at best. Efficient at sending me their junk emails however. I certainly wouldn't use them.

Negative experience: My experience of this estate agents wasn't the best, I was trying to purchase a house and even though my offer was accepted they still did viewings on said property and thus i lost the property in the end, all in all a very stressful experience also jack (the manager) was unpleasant to deal with. Wouldn't recommend this business, just look at trustpilot.
