Fantastic experience: We was on the market with a competitor that we believed at the time to be the best estate agent in stafford due to how many signs we see and the reputation however our home sat dormant for months. home after home went by and we were feeling lost... until we went to see a house that Reeds were selling they called us for feedback on the house. which is where we ended up discussing options to sell via them when the contract ran out with the agent we was currently up with. After being on the market with them the team activity calling potential buyers we had someone look at the house within one week (who we went on to sell too) They were always helpful and compassionate throughout what would was a really stressful time, dealing with our multiple calls and having to chase solicitors multiple times a day. The effort that the team put in helped get us into our dream home and we honestly cannot thank them enough.

Fantastic experience: Reeds Rains have fairly extensive UK network and national processes in which even their digital bits seem to work correctly and smoothly as well; but we dealt with their Eccleshall, Stafforshire branch, and it's here that out star rating goes from 3 up to 5!! ----- Like in lots of real businesses , it's in the quality, attitude, and competences of the people that excellence most obviously leaves the 'only average' miles behind. -----calm, almost urbane young 'Sales-Sam'' first met/handled us professionally at the property; then super-serious Louise gave the virtuoso demonstrations of knowledge, and efficiency in the admin, legals, and services crisis solutions!! Definitely 11 out of 10, and even found her warm, and with nice sense of humour as we got to know each other a little better; not a disinterested android lady at all! Fantastic experience: Fantastic friendly and professional service. We made a move from Plymouth to Stafford looking for a stop gap rental after selling our house. We were struggling to find something suitable due to the high demand of rentals in the area and with us 200 miles away kept missing out. Nicola-Jane rang us back within ten minutes of us making an enquiry on a Friday evening and arranged for our viewing virtually the next morning using my parents. Louise took care of the tenancy and other paperwork, letting us know she would call and answered any enquiries. They provided a five star service, were always on the end of the phone, cannot fault them at all and will definitely be looking at their properties when buying our home here in Stafford.

Fantastic experience: Although I did not eventually buy through Reed Rains I did enquire about 2 of the properties they had for sale and viewed one of them . I found the agent / manager Jack very helpful and informative. I didn't feel pressured or rushed in any way and was able to discuss aspects of the houses with him. As I have searched for my new property I have unfortunately not found all estate agents as professional or engaging. Some have been completely disinterested, others far too pushy. However this was not the case here. Recommended
