Fantastic experience: What an amazing service from Reed Rains we've had. After having to find a new home for my grandma, we came across a lovely little bungalow which was perfect for her. I sold my Mum's property in Hoghton through this branch a couple of years ago, and it was a seamless experience. I've just sold my property in Farington too. As I work away for much of the year, Donna and Team undertook all the viewings (there were many) and secured an above asking price offer within a very short period of time. Following the sale, their follow up has been excellent, communicating with my buyer and with Solicitors and guiding me through the whole process. Fantastic experience: TOP OF THE POPPADOMS After listing my property to let with another agents who failed after multiple viewings to find a suitable tennant, I decided to jump to Reeds Rain’s. Lauren called me after seeing the property go on and off the market with another agents showing how proactive they are. She came round to view the property, agreed with me on the price it was worth and had it listed the following morning. They are very fast and active. Within 3 days they had 2 good tenants who wanted the property and after I selected the one I thought was best they were moved in within a week. Negative experience: Had a great stress free experience after trying to find a rented property, Lauren was here to help throughout the whole of it and was very upbeat and fun personality. We found a rented property with what we was looking for and got a landlord who is actually interested in keeping their property well maintained, unlike previous properties with issues which never got looked at (not through reeds rains). Many thanks to Lauren and the team! Edit: used to be great, past 12 months forced onto a maintenance portal that isn't correctly used by reeds rains which causes both tenant and landlord headaches because it isn't used correctly. Issues with property now becomes a constant problem as problems reported are ignored or just closed without any contact.

Fantastic experience: Well, what can I say? Fab-u-lous! I have been viewing houses for what feels like 800 years so I feel quietly confident to know a good estate agent when I find one . I just completed a purchase on my first home and Emma and Donna were superb.
