Positive experience: The staff here are really nice. They put up with my daily phone calls about the flat, which was nice of them. The application process seemed a bit long but we got there in the end. The flat is nice but it was a bit messy (cobwebs everywhere). There was a few things left in there that I had to pay to get rid of myself but now I've cleaned it, it's alright. Overall, a positive experience.

Negative experience: Im sure bentley manor is a lovely place inside... Outside is a different matter,the locked back carpark is a disaster,it needs all the bushes and shrubs tidying up and cutting/trimming,there is nettles 12f high,the tarmac is sprouting some massive weeds,and dirty smelly rats... nobody as been to tidy up in years.. I'd be kicking off if your paying a service charge for landscaping ect... The big bins are overflowing and have been for a while now,I have to look at these bins!!!!

Negative experience: I don't suggest you to rent a room in a shared house of this agency. Why? Self-closing doors are very loud, so you can't get along with the people on closing them gently. It seemed to be like a farm not a house to me. I suggest you to rent a house or a flat and choose who you want to live with!

Fantastic experience: I have been renting a property through Jones Cameron since March ‘21. From the very first viewing to me now moving out. The team have been second to none, always on hand with any issues at all. If any property maintenance has been required it has been done same day, within hours. Beth has been my main point of contact within the company and she is an amazing individual and any issues have been reported and directly resolved by her and any inspections had been carried out professionally and with plenty of notice. I would 100% recommend this letting agency with all of your property needs. It has been a pleasure renting through yourselves.

Positive experience: The team have always been polite and friendly and professional with any correspondence but should check the property is livable before handing over keys. I viewed my current flat that was being re furbished at the time and was reassured that it would be like the photos and description prior to moving in. I trusted the agency as had a positive experience thus far. They where not responsible for managing my property just the moving in and end of tenancy. Albeit I was shocked when I walked in and found no couch, no mattress shower and toilet seat not working and a mouldy dirty fridge freezer. The landlord was and is useless and doesn't care about his tenants. The agency acted quickly and arranged a new couch and mattress. I would encourage the agency however to check the property before move in as not to mislead new tenants.

We have asked the company to let a property for us, and ensure all applicants have a Guarantor in place. When the person responsible for the review was unable to provide a guarantor, they accused Jones Cameron of racism. I will let the reader make their own mind up.
