Negative experience: I had such an awful experience with the most rudest person I have ever come across in 57 years on this earth! This ‘estate agent’ answered the phone to me today. Whoever she was definitely should not be dealing with the public who advertise properties for sale. Never come across anyone so rude when I showed an interest in a property they have for sale. As soon as informed her I was a cash buyer her demeanour totally changed and became nice as pie! Be 100% vigilant!

Fantastic experience: Would 100% recommend Victoria Estates, this was my first time moving into private rental accommodation after living in student accommodation for the past four years. So helpful and made the process as straightforward as possible and most importantly stress free! Also so so friendly and lovely people!

Negative experience: I have not been happy with the service I received with our rented property. Asking neighbours if there was anyone else living in the property we was renting, attitude on every phone call, accused of taking items from the property ( toilet roll holder, laughable), when they were never there in the first place. On moving out we cleaned the house and informed the landlord, sending pictures, who we kept regular contact with may I add about everything, to then be told by the estate agent, if that’s how we live it’s horrendous. Told to never rent a property from them again (which we are never going to) and said that pictures of the house and how we live shall be posted on social media! Absolutely no professionalism.

Negative experience: The way she spoke to me and my partner when we was in a rented property under her”management” was horrendous and then we left and damage was done from a previous tenant and she failed to go into the property before us and take photos so after we left she was threatening to post photos of the house a house she dose not own may I add on social media there are plenty of other agents that are nice and speak to u like a proper human being so I would suggest anyone that likes being spoken to like a human do not go with this woman she is not a nice person !!!! And also accused us of steeling a toilet roll holder that wasn’t even in the house to start with I will continue to add reviews as well until I get a formal apology That’s for you blocking me on WhatsApp like a 12 year old kid

Negative experience: Unfriendly, arrogant and aggressive sfents. The viewing of a house I intended to put on offer on was so bad that I decided mot to proceed. The agents attitude was terrible. I bought a house elsewhere as I did not want to deal with these people.
