Negative experience: This is a complete joke and not a professional real estate agency at all. They do quite bad at advertising or even staging the units to be sold. They are so dumb and stupid. I bought a flat that needed tons of repairs even though they promised to give it out in good shape. Imagine buying a place and not receiving full keys. They claim they had no idea about the key situation. I think people who are please here have no real comparison to this stupid company. I lived in north America and such agencies would go bankrupt in one month. I even feel bad for the seller because the unit could have gotten extra money if they did their job right. Surprisingly the person who handled my case was the branch manager (or claims to be), leanne threw multiple fits when I wanted to have the unit checked in before i purchase, she has zero respect for buyers. She needs to learn how to do real estate from professionals. Stay away and go with other firms. You will lose money with both ends with them. Update: notice how the praises only come from reviewers with 2-3 reviews on their account. Stay away from this company

I had the sad task of selling my mother’s house following her death so clearly quite an emotional time. However I did not need to worry because Leanne and Olivia guided me through the whole process from start to finish. I had no stress, they couldn’t have helped me more. Leanne came to see me at the property and advised me about all the different options. After about a week I received an email from Leanne asking if I'd had any thoughts and if they could be of any more help. This was probably the gentle nudge I needed to start to get things moving so after accepting a fixed price for the sale with Northwood Leanne started on the marketing. It wasn't long before offers came in and if Leanne was out of the office Olivia was always there ready to help and keep me up to speed. Negative experience: Since my property moved over from Martin&Co to Northwood the communication, systems, and delays in rental payments have been poor. Team are constantly on annual leave so there is zero continuity. No accountability taken. Seriously considering how long I leave my property under their management.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Northwood enough they were amazing selling my father’s house after he passed away, they took control of everything, from the viewings, to the EPC, to organising multiple appointments with the purchaser, they took away a lot of stress at a very stressful time, both Leanne and Olivia were readily available and always friendly and professional, after selling two other houses in the last year with different agents it was a noticeable difference and improvement working with Northwood and I wouldn’t hesitate again.

Negative experience: When wanting to view a property for sale I did the polite thing and phoned up to make an appointment. I was made to wait ten days for this yet on the day I turned up on time I was told I had to wait while someone else was being shown the property who had just walked in to the office and asked if they could see it straight away as it was near their office! So in future don't be polite and make an appointment, just barge in and ask to see it straight away, you will get to see it first that way.

Negative experience: Tenant of a property managed by Northwood. Difficult to liaise with. Contact is difficult using any method. Deposit unable to be determined if protected so whilst they use the logo of the DPS I cannot locate my deposit secured with them. When questioning about it I am receiving zero response. Now exploring legal action due to this.

Negative experience: Madly unorganised and poor communication. We booked a viewing using their auto booker and it's rubbish. I was stood outside in the cold waiting for someone to arrive for a house viewing. I called the office and was brushed off with a "he'll be 20 minutes he's running late" without even asking me about what property it was. Then I ring back 20 minutes later, someone more helpful answers but they say that the booking was for the same date next month! Then we find out that the auto booker had rearranged our appointment without telling us. There was little attempt to help fix the mistake, again palmed over to the auto booker which never has any available slots no matter what time I check. I missed out on a dream property due to incompetence.
