She NEVER makes a mistake, if ever I query anything she is totally on top of things, always helpful, pleasant and extremely capable. Secondly David Shell our tenancy manager, who settles in our new tenants, sorts out any teething problems, and deals with all maintenance issues, including over the last couple of years a collapsed bedroom ceiling and an integral fridge freezer which had to be replaced 2 days before Christmas !! Fantastic experience: I lived on the Gateshead Quayside (Friars Wharf Apartments) for 2 years, from 31 May 2023, till 03 Jun 2025. When I booked the place, all I had seen were the photos and videos of the place in the advertisement, and that's exactly what I got, when I arrived at the apartment complex at 11:30 PM on 31 May 2023. My primary point of contact was Mr David Shell, who was my tenancy manager. From the very beginning, the communication and support from Mr Shell was always top notch, and so was my interaction with everyone else at Sarah Mains over time, for any service related issues at my apartment complex. Finding a good place to stay is hard and in my belief, it is meant to be hard. With that being said, if there is external support from someone to make life easier, then it must be appreciated and hence my appreciation of the quality of service by Mr Shell and Co. has been earned by them in full, consistently over time. Highly recommended!

The lady who does the viewings has been amazing whenever we have asked any questions and advice. We recently had a property fall through with another estate agents, with no faults, and I called to talk to Chantelle about asking to be back on their mailing list and for a property viewing, she was very welcoming for the second time. We have viewed homes that are above are price range, and we have not been discouraged from making a low offer either when we have considered this, they have supplied us with the correct advice and continued to support us.
