Negative experience: Very bad agents they everytime give you time but they don't come on time you have to wait for them 1 hour unprofessionals. Don't go to them.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with Forest Estate Agents, specifically with Kirsty. I made an offer on a property back in October, and my offer was even above the asking price. Despite this, the property is still on the market, which makes me feel that my offer was not communicated to the seller. Kirsty’s handling of the situation has been extremely frustrating and raises serious concerns about the transparency and professionalism of the agency. As a potential buyer, it’s disheartening to think that offers might not be properly passed on to the seller. This kind of behavior not only wastes the buyer’s time but also does a disservice to the seller, who may not even be aware of genuine offers. If you’re considering selling your property, I would strongly advise against using Forest Estate Agents. There are many other agents who are more transparent, professional, and committed to getting your property sold in a timely manner. Be cautious and look for an agent who will represent your interests properly.

Negative experience: I have had the worst time dealing with this so called Estate Agency. Not once have they bothered to keep in touch or address any issues I've had and put to them . Dreadfully laid back attitude by Kirsty . I would never use this Estate Agency again or would I recommend it to anyone wanting to sell there property. I have to put 1 star as there's no option for none to be added don't be fooled.

Agnes has been very responsive and helpful with any and all issue before and during the tenancy, can't say enough about how responsive and genuinely helpful Agnes has been. Far better experience renting than with any other estate agents, cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: Hello Chiara, I read your review of Forest Estate Agents and I am sorry that you feel this way. The property you are referring to belonged to my late mother and I am one of the executors responsible for selling it. I would like to answer each of your points individually so that you will understand that there is nothing underhand going on and the property is certainly NOT being sold ‘to their mates on the cheap’. Firstly, I am completely satisfied that every offer that was made was passed onto me for consideration. Although your offer was definitely not the highest that we received, it was slightly higher than the one I had ALREADY accepted. I decided to stick with those buyers because I had already agreed to accept their offer and they had no chain and were therefore able to move quickly. Integrity is also very important to me and I try never to go back on my word. You say that your chain ‘was in a good position to proceed’. We wanted to sell the house quickly and not waste months waiting for others to buy/sell their property before we could proceed, therefore we didn’t want to get involved with a chain so I would have always given consideration to first time buyers or those who had already sold their property rather than just accepting the highest offer. Finally, it was very important to us all that the house remains a family home as it has been since my grandparents brought it when it was first built. We are the only family who have ever lived in the house and no of us were keen on it being divided into bedsits. Hence the instruction to Forest that we would not consider any HMO’s. When your offer was put to me, there was absolutely no mention of you being an HMO so your bid was NOT ruled out on that basis. I hope my reply clarifies things for you. We all do things rashly when we are angry or disappointed but I think the proper thing for you to do now is to delete your review and replace it with a written apology because you have unfairly and incorrectly libeled a well respected and long established business and accused them of probably one of the worst things you can accuse an estate agent of. Good luck in finding a property that is right for you.

Fantastic experience: Forest Letting Agents are professionally managed and provide quality services to its tenants throughout from move-in to move-out cycle. The are highly competent, knowledgeable and always accessible to discuss your issues and ready to provide solutions. I had not so great experience with the landlord as she was not willing to carry out the maintenance jobs on time and was not managing the property well. However, the letting team (special mention to Julia) had acted as a bridge between the landlord and tenant, had shown great communication abilities to sort out my issues amicably and even helped out finding an alternate accommodation on a short notice. You are in safe hands if you are with forest letting agents.

Fantastic experience: My fiancé and I have had a great experience with Forest. Julia and her team manage our property and we really couldn't ask more. They are extremely knowledgeable and have regularly gone above and beyond to simplify our rental. We employ them on a fully managed basis to take care of our property as we no longer live in the area and their professionalism gives us peace of mind and we have never had any cause for concern. Positive experience: Happy with our renting experience, staff always helpful, picking up every time or always calling back. All went smoothly, quickly and without any problems.

Negative experience: I felt the way they spoke to me and treated me was a joke, even though they were making there commsion with my money. Would avoid if possible there better more professional company's out there. ps the lady at reception however was always polite and had a good attitude.

Fantastic experience: My elderly mother used Forest for a long-distance move from Greater London to the Welsh border. Mother was rather nervous about the change, especially considering she had lived in the same house for 60-odd years and I lived nowhere near her to offer support except by telephone. I also hadn't moved for 20 years, so had very little understanding of the sales process. Martin at Forest was helpful from the outset and throughout, from giving us confidence that we were in safe hands, presenting the house well in the photos, to answering my daft questions! He arranged things so that all viewings took place while Mother was away and she was spared the worry that potential buyers might not automatically fall in love at first site with her beloved home! The market was a little hot during the sales process because of the Covid-19 stamp duty holiday. However, none of that was a concern for us because the process was handled so well. We met a few estate agents before selecting Forest and, of course, Forest are not the cheapest on first sight. But Martin certainly knows the market and the area and my guess is that a well-run sales process is one that is less likely to fall through. We certainly received a high-quality service throughout.

Fantastic experience: Was recommened to Forest and as soon as we walked into the office it was obvious it was the right place to be. Duncan was extremely helpful, taking responsibility for viewings of the flat as circumstances meant we were not able to be in the flat during viewings. If Duncan wasn't around everyone else was able to assist whatever queries we had in the same friendly manner. Would have no hesiation in usig Forest agan in the future

Fantastic experience: I love Google, I stopped to look in the window and I visited the place. Info recall I was very impressed with their window display as I too am an Estate Agent in Ireland. Very impressive office layout and design. I never meet the agents however given there attention to detail to the interior and window display these lads don't mess about. Negative experience: Very unprofessional service from Forest...They polite to you till u signed off the contract...they have my property for 3 months agreed sale last day with the client wich is a bit suspicious but everything looks sweet that time...And after nearly 2 months I got a message from forest state: client don't have a funds to buy your property no morewelldone forest I definitely not recommend them to anyone.

Negative experience: Very poor service - no viewings on my flat for 9 weeks. Minimal marketing and effort with photos. No communication unless I contacted them first. Disappointing. No evidence of hard work or attempts to make appointments for viewings! Went to Chancellors, Sunbury and they sold my flat within 5 weeks after multiple viewings. They didn't have a problem with my lovely new kitten!

Forest lettings has been by far the best letting agent for me to use for my portfolio that i have transferred everything to them. I have used them for about 5 years now and they are easy and friendly to deal with. I use them on a full management basis which i fully recommend which gives me peace of mind having nothing else to do and everything is taken care of. Nothing is ever too much trouble and this agent acts quickly to any concerns or matters arising with upmost efficiency.

I have viewed so many propertys and I have missed appointments but no one has been hostile like you guys! This is business but also free market too,I will never buy or sell with you guys.
