Fantastic experience: I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Jerzy and Natalia for their outstanding service and support throughout our tenancy. Jerzy was the estate agent who assisted us with both moving into and moving out of the property. He was professional, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Natalia looked after us throughout the two years we lived at the property, and she provided exceptional support from start to finish. She was always responsive, efficient, and proactive in helping us liaise with the landlord regarding rental and parking matters. Whenever we encountered any issues after moving in, Natalia handled them promptly and ensured everything was resolved as quickly as possible. Natalia is one of the best property agents I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is highly responsible, responds quickly, and is always willing to go the extra mile to help. Without her assistance and dedication over the past two years, our tenancy would not have been nearly as smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend both their services and the properties they manage. If I move back into an area covered by their agency in the future, I would not hesitate to use their services again. Thank you once again, Jerzy and Natalia, for your excellent work and support.

Fantastic experience: We bought our second family home through these guys and from the onset their calm and professional approach made us feel at ease. We are really happy with the whole process up to completion. The communication was second to none. The most important feedback we can share is that out of all the agents I have ever dealt with, they are straight and honest. I mean zero BS! In comparison with our other agents in the chain it was day and night. An absolute breath of fresh air. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Hopefully we wont be selling in the next 10/15 years. But if we do we will be using them again. Thank you!!

The process has been so smooth and any problems, they have resolved in a prompt fashion. Really happy with the service so far. 5* Highly Recommended!

Fantastic experience: I first met Jerzy 2017. I was impressed by his open, friendly and honest manner. He was so helpful and full of solutions. He helped to rent my house. Many years later, after I was letting down badly by a local estate agent, I found Jerzy again. He helped me to repair and restore the house which was maliciously damaged by the previous tenants. The impression I got from him was nothing is too much. Although Nobledom is a young, busy and prospering estate agent, with so many happy costumers, often I felt I was the only costumer he was dealing with. Thank you Jerzy! Now thanks to him, I have got a lovely family renting my house. I can’t thank him enough.

Fantastic experience: I had an exceptional experience working with Nobledom Estates as my letting agents. From the moment I contacted them, their team was attentive, professional, and efficient. They listened to my requirements and provided me with a range of suitable properties that fit my criteria. The viewing process was smooth, and their team was knowledgeable, answering all my questions and providing valuable insights. Throughout the tenancy agreement process, Nobledom Estates was diligent and ensured that everything was in order. They were always available to answer my queries, making the whole process stress-free. I would highly recommend Nobledom Estates to anyone looking for a letting agent that prioritizes customer service and professionalism. Their dedication to ensuring a positive experience for their clients is truly commendable.

Thank you so much. I will highly recommend them to my friends and family. Don’t consider the impersonal large agents; go for this small but growing company where nothing is to much for the customer.

Fantastic experience: First of all i would like to thank Jerzy for the experience i had from the very beginning right up to the end. Very professional and so friendly at the same time. We had a couple of issues during the tenancy with the house but Jerzy took care of it like it was his own in no time. Sadly the landlady wanted to sale the house a couple of years after we moved in but again Jerzy has helped us out a lot. I highly recommend Noble Dom. Very straightforward and transparent with all the paper work, no hidden fees, everything is there for you ready to move in in no time. Thanks very much Jerzy and Noble Dom team!

Fantastic experience: I have dealt with numerous estate agents over the years, but have never found anyone as thorough and helpful as the team at NobleDom. Great service guys, keep up the good work.!

Negative experience: This firm is unfortunately run by people not familiar with the UK rental regulations. They attempted to retain a potential tenant deposit illegally, when I threatened court proceedings they let me have this immediately. With my mum they refunded only part of her deposit as tenant by telling her she left a huge pest problem in the house - 2 spiders in one corner. They don't carry out much repair work when asked and employ only Non English speaking handymen so that tenants cannot communicate. In addition pest control was charged at £300 when hounslow Council charges £100 for the job. The owner whose name starts with J is also struggling with the English language so communicating with this fraudulent company is non existent. Currently we are using a litigation solicitor to sue them. Be careful. Fraudulent
