Positive experience: Purchased a property through ferris and co last year. I found the sales team to be hard to engage with and dismissive in relation to viewing the property, this also included mixed messages with timelines and expectations around sale price.. However once an offer was accepted the sales progression team were outstanding, Theresa in particular became our main point of contact and handled any problems quickly and professionally, whilst always remaining approachable and friendly. we cant thank her enough for the time and support she provided with keeping the sale on track.

Negative experience: Ferris manage a property, adjacent to mine, for an overseas landlord. The gardens are overgrown and fencing removed but never replaced. No action is ever taken despite repeated correspondence.

Negative experience: I booked Ferris and Co 5 days before my appointment. I got an early finish at work to be on time for my 4pm appointment on Monday. Got home and just got the place ready the person to come and value my property. At 3.25pm I got a call from a person from Ferris and Co saying they are not coming out as flats aren't selling at the moment in my block/ in general and they don't think i can get the value i would like to try and get. This just surprised me as they had 5 days to tell me this information but decided to tell me 35 minutes before the scheduled appointment. I rushed home for this for no reason at all and the fact they let the day go by and told me that information and cancelled 35 mins before the scheduled appointment is appalling This is my first time selling a property and just was not expecting this with Ferris and Co. Would not recommend and will not be using them for another property!

Fantastic experience: Have only just started talking with these regarding a property I am interested in, and they have been really helpful so far, much more than others selling in the same development.

Negative experience: Imagine being told 'refer to google' to inquiries you made about the offer process on a property. I have made around 4 offers on other properties with different companies, and these asked for very personal details to just make an initial offer with the 'check Google' for proof that they need them. If you're depending on these estate agents to sell your house, know that they're being arrogant with you potential buyers and losing you many offers just like mine. I would definitely not have any contact with this company again and I hope you don't too. EDIT: You can see by the way they replied to this the level of arrogance you have to deal with when dealing with them, I believe my point is made. Telling a first time buyer 'having underestimated the strength of the housing market' instead of helping them get better estimations and such :)
