Kevin and the staff were friendly and presented the online details perfectly. Our only criticism (and that is why we only gave a four star rating) was an error over the commission rate. Amy in the Maidstone office worked incredibly hard to ensure contracts were exchanged and we are indebted to her for her assistance. What should have been a fairly quick transaction turned into a very long and drawn-out process due to various legal issues that almost resulted in the chain collapsing on several occasions. However Amy refused to be beaten and almost single-handedly held everything together to ensure things worked out in the end. We are very grateful.

Fantastic experience: We chose Ben Siggins to sell our house after valuations from 3 agencies. Ben Siggins gave us the best valuation and a very good fee (which they were happy to negotiate on) and included a lot of things that others charged for. We had an asking price offer in the first round of viewings which we unfortunately lost due to the mortgage rates and uncertainty in the market at the time but Ben Siggins were very good all the way through and when we finally found a buyer, they were very helpful and attentive throughout the whole process. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and I would recommend Ben Siggins to anyone looking to sell their house in the Maidstone area. We had dealings with Ben, Kevin, Amy, Jasmine Alex and Joseph and all were great.

Ben Siggins were very friendly and helpful, understanding what we wanted right away and sharing appropriate priority suggestions. Fantastic experience: Recently sold our property with Ben Siggins. Everyone we dealt with in the team were lovely, from Archie at the initial valuation, Ben who came to do the photos and Alex mainly dealt with the rest of the sale. We chose them over other estate agents due to excellent first impressions and the initial consultation did not feel pushy (like some other local estate agents). Our initial feelings must have been right because we had no issues at all throughout the sale, apart from slow solicitors as always, and Alex was always willing to help chase and push the sale along. The team are very friendly and someone is always ready to answer at the end of the phone. They were also very understanding that I couldn't always answer the phone due to the nature of my job and were very responsive via email. I only wish we could have also bought through them too! Fantastic experience: Sold my property in January with Ben Siggins. Whilst wasn’t initially an estate agent I had looked at; having been interested in a property they were selling I liked what they had to offer. They weren’t interested in trying to undercut other competitors and believed they had the best proposition and client database. Due to buying a new build I needed to find a buyer quickly to be under offer in time. Ben (Managing Director) is very approachable and carried out the valuation/photography. Was particularly impressed with the 360 degree camera that can remove many viewings saving everyone time. The majority of the sale was handled by Alex, Jasmine and Kevin who I found very approachable and helped secure the offer and see the process through to completion. Every sale has its challenges along the way but overall was impressed with Ben Siggins Estate Agents support and should I move again would look to use them.
