Fantastic experience: Great customer service. Very present and reachable at all hours throughout the process

Negative experience: I am disgusted at how this estate agent handled my sale. From the get go i got given all the talk about the outstanding service and how they are different from everybody else. I strongly suggest to anyone thinking of selling not to use this agent. My first concern was that i was only allowed to select 11-13 pictures, to which i couldn't view as they wouldn't email them to me, and the only way i could see them was to ask for them to be printed and collected which was a red flag to begin with. The viewings were being done by a very young lad with barely any experience. Their communication is poor even tho they insist otherwise. Lastly, and the biggest reason for with drawing the sale, was due to the fact that when my property went under a potential offer they took it upon themselves WITHOUT my consent to advertise in my neighborhood that they had sold my property posting flyers! Baring in mind house never sold! I have emailed them regarding flyers and funny enough no reply!! Along with many other factors, DO NOT use this agent.

Fantastic experience: We were recommended Knight Edmonds by a friend and now we have sold a property through them, we also cannot recommend them enough! I decided to sell my property a lot sooner than I originally planned (as I had seen a house I loved!) and Knight Edmonds went over and above to get my property on the market in no time at all. Valuation on the Monday, property on the market by the Wednesday, viewings Friday and an offer accepted by the Saturday! I could not have wished for anything better. After we accepted the offer we were taken care of by the sales progressor Sandra. This woman deserves every success in her career and beyond. Sandra went out of her way to get us over the finish line. Absolutely fantastic communication throughout! Always with an upbeat attitude and made even the most stressful parts of the process feel achievable. Sandra took up the slack from our onward purchases agent (who were a whole different experience to deal with and not in a good way) and is the reason we managed to exchange so fast on our move. Fantastic experience: From our first viewing of the property with Reece to completing with the help of Sandra the service we received was professional, supportive and got us to the point of moving in. They helped relieve the stresses and did lots of the chasing for us and kept us informed at every step. They certainly have the personal approach.

Negative experience: They are openly failing to abide by the Equality Act 2010, called about a rented property and they advised the landlord does not accept children, both mine are 16 and 17 years who both actually work over 20 hours a week and in College not a child. They advised every application they’ve put forward which has a so called child is rejected. So 100% this landlord is discriminating and will be reporting you to the EASS as that’s unacceptable, being next to a working farm does not been it’s a valid reason to reject and it is clear he is discriminating.

Fantastic experience: From the initial probate valuation required, Sam was compassionate, understanding, patient and helpful - and this was mirrored throughout the whole experience with all staff. Fantastic experience: My partner and I bought a property advertised by Knights Edmonds and despite not being "our" estate agent, we wanted to take a moment to thank Sandra. She worked tirelessly to ensure the chain remained intact, going so far as to even ring our buyers solicitors (2 down in the chain from her clients) regularly to push things along when they went radio silent. We've spoken to a number of estate agents in this house buying/ selling process and while representing someone else, Sandra didn't feel salesy or pushy at all in our dealings with her, and we genuinely felt she made things happen that no one else could. If we ever make the wild decision to move again - better believe it'll be no time soon - we'll be keeping Knight Edmonds in mind.

Fantastic experience: I tried two other local agents to sell my mother's property before I finally instructed Knight Edmonds. The previous agents offered a generally good service, but there were upfront costs (such as photography), and if the listing was withdrawn, those costs still applied. I completely understand the reasoning behind that, but Knight Edmonds operates differently: you only pay on completion, so if they hadn’t successfully sold my mother’s property I wouldn’t have had to pay for photography for a third time! While the other agents did generate some viewings, I often had to chase them for feedback. Responses were inconsistent and, at times, non-existent. As a seller, constructive feedback is vital to adjust pricing or presentation, and that was sorely lacking. Knight Edmonds, on the other hand, were quick to act, highly communicative, and always kept me informed about their marketing approach. Every viewing was followed up with prompt and detailed feedback — without me ever needing to chase. A special mention goes to their sales progressor, Sandra Goldsmith, who was absolutely fantastic. She was proactive in following up with solicitors and the purchaser, working hard behind the scenes to keep the sale moving and keeping me updated every step of the way. I would recommend Knight Edmonds to anyone looking to sell. They are professional, transparent, and their strong communication made the process so much easier.

Fantastic experience: We sold and bought through Knight Edmonds and would not hesitate to use them again. They got us the best price for our property (£15,000 more than Wards even wanted to market it for!), marketed it brilliantly and were so supportive. We had trouble with our first buyers and they were fantastic in dealing with that very tricky situation. Big shout out to Suzanne our sales progressor who earned her pay many times over in the sheer amount of work she did to get us over the line. She deserves a raise! When our first buyers pulled out after months of messing us around, they found us new buyers at asking price in 4 days! Negative experience: Really disappointed with the results from Knight Edmonds. Having followed Alex and Sam and admired their success i really wanted them to be good. However really disappointed with lack of communication, incorrect property video on launch and one viewing which the viewing guide turned up 15 minutes late for saying our post code was wrong, really unprofessional as I was standing talking to the viewer who had successfully used the same postcode. Generally really poor

We wanted to rent an apartment, they waited two weeks, we submitted all kinds of documents, which were requested again many times, of course Viktória and after two weeks of stress that you caused my family, Viktória, we didn't even get the apartment, In fact, you even swallowed my holding deposit. Even when you saw the apartment, racism was oozing out of you. You didn't even look at my questions, you just pressed your phone. I'm a company director, but I'm sure that if I had an employee like that, I'd fly away immediately. Stay away from this woman. And send back my holding Deposit it's not yours.354£ Because I worked for it unlike you.

Negative experience: I used to think Knight Edmonds were a great breath of fresh air in the world of estate agents, but my recent experience with them has been nothing short of awful. They lost our house key, done an inaccurate data breach on 3 properties and I have asked 4 times to have it sorted (it still isn't) I have had to chase two or more times for simple things, such as moving pictures around, getting a for sale board up or feedback. It's a shame as when they started they appeared to be great, unsure if they've lost their way or I have been very unlucky with them, but I definitely will not use them in the future!

Fantastic experience: Haven’t used their services but after receiving a letter from them regarding the sale of our house with unpaid postage, which led to me having to pay the postage and subsequently make a complaint, Sam from the firm came by my address not even an hour after emailing in my complaint to reimburse me, apologise in person and gift me a bottle of wine. Really impressed with their customer service - hope they can make admin changes to ensure the postage issue is rectified but really appreciate the personable apology.

Negative experience: Been called, texted, and emailed many times for viewing appointment. At the property, Mr M pointed his finger at us and said: "is it you having an appointment? You can't view the property!!"You have a child". The land lord won't accept it. Then he left. I was standing there for 2 minutes just in awe and silence wondering what just happened trying to comprehend. Really, I thought he was confused. On his defense he was in a hurry to catch something. Expert advice on the pricing and their firm belief in how to correctly market the property saw them achieve four offers on the house on the first day of marketing, all of which were for asking price or above and in fact the offer accepted was for considerably over the asking price. No only that but they then worked hard to push the sale through to completion in just over 7 weeks! Highly recommended.
