Negative experience: Very disappointing experience with JWW. I paid a holding deposit and also spent additional money on a company guarantor service after being informed this would be acceptable for the application. Later, my application was rejected due to “income verification issues”. If the landlord was not comfortable with my application profile, this should have been made clear before encouraging me to proceed and incur extra costs. Although the holding deposit is being refunded, the overall process caused unnecessary financial loss and stress. Communication could have been much clearer and more transparent from the beginning. Would not recommend unless you have a very straightforward employment and income situation.

Negative experience: DO NOT rent through this company, We have dealt with structural issues throughout the tenancy and it has mostly been disregarded, they do not want to co-operate and blame the inhabitants for structural issues with the property. Been a complete headache throughout our already stressful final year of our studies which we didn't need and staff are rude and dismissive and can't seem to solve the root of a problem. They genuinely couldn't care less about the tenants. They'd be out of their depth in a car park puddle. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend JW Wood estate agents. We recently viewed a property and shown around by Danielle. Danielle was really helpful with us and made our experience with the viewing, pleasant and comfortable. Danielle answered our questions and made the process a pleasure and streamlined from the viewing to signing our tenancy agreement. I asked for a second viewing so I could show our children around and this was agreed and done no without hesitation. Andrew has been great in communication with all of the paperwork and answering and questions we had through that process too. Thanks for all of your help ☺️

Positive experience: Has been quick and easy to move into my new apartment. Paige Hugil especially has been very helpful in the whole process and very communicative. The only problem I’ve really had with the whole process was with obtaining references but this was also sorted out quickly.
