Then, the house went up online very quickly. Found a buyer within a month. Maddy and Annaleigh during the sales were great at communication. Your Move also offer different payment options which I liked and they also had a sale progression person chasing between seller and the buyer. Positive experience: From the initial very professional valuation by James and the ongoing support and communication from, Annaleigh, Maddy and Angela we eventually arrived at a sale. Any issues were outside their remit including an undervaluation by the oft quoted Google 2* e-surv and a belated 11th hour request by the buyer for a level 3 survey which delayed the process by around three weeks. The sale was eventually completed albeit belatedly and at a reduced price due to the combined latter factors. My only criticism is that due to the external factors there was a lull in communications towards completion - but we got there in the end! Thank you.

Negative experience: A word of warning about this agent! I recently sold a vacant property via Your Move Chris Stonock and discovered that a senior director of the company had opened confidential mail at my property and then shared the information with clients. I have proof of this via my solicitor and complaints are proceeding. This is morally very wrong, if not illegal and due to issues of trust, safety and integrity I strongly suggest that you do not use any branch of Your Move Chris Stonock in any capacity.

Viewings swiftly followed - they were well organised - and before we had anticipated we were accepting an offer from a cash buyer.
