Negative experience: I bought the property on the 17th march all had gone well untill i asked the keys to be sent by post since me and the wife are disabled not happy with the way they replyed still keys has not arrived told they will be here by next week not very good.

Negative experience: Had a problem with my boiler - no hot water or heating, really good communication from Paul Fosh lettings, and all sorted on the same day. Edited - issues declared during inspection not actioned, and paperwork just left in a tray until I chased up repair (leaking tap) a week later, tap was broken and immediately 'made safe' when plumber arrived, he also advised that water bill may be high due to leaking for a week.

Fantastic experience: I have just sold my house through Paul Fosh Auctions and found dealing with Gemma Quinn and Sean Roper a very pleasant experience. I have a few problems (life and Army) and can be a little flaky at times. They did not get fazed and treated me with great courtesy and understanding. I was kept informed every step of the way and if I had questions they were answered promptly. I was not given false promises or hopes but told what I could realistically expect. These realistic expectations were exceeded and I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome. Recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have ,recently… yesterday in fact, sold a property via Paul Fosh Auctions. During this process, which was new for me, as it was an on line auction I was massively impressed by both Sean Roper who visited the property and took the photos and had the necessary chat regarding the reserve and potential sale price that we could, realistically, hope to achieve. His accuracy was uncanny or incredibly knowledgable. I think the latter. I have previously both bought and sold with Paul Fosh Auctions but in the old fashioned way where you attend and stick your hand in the air to bid . My apprehension was completely unfounded as Gemma made every step so easy. I’m not skilled with computers but I managed it without any of my normal cold sweats. I can wholeheartedly recommend Paul Fosh and his super team and especially Sean and Gemma who have made the whole experience painless and successful. A full 5 star review definitely deserved. Negative experience: Honestly the worst experience I have ever had with the letting company. Went to a viewing then got told I can’t just ask to rent the property I’ll have to wait to be informed they’ll call me if my application is taken further. I never got a call back so thought I’d ask, got told I don’t have a big enough income so they weren’t gonna progress. I asked why waste my time you would have known this before I went to the viewing as they asked for all GDPR info such as income. In response I got told sorry that’s just how it is before the woman just hung up. I’ve never been more disappointed, this lack of communication and rude customer service. I honestly feel disrespected by the Paul Fosh group and this poor process.

Positive experience: I had a very good experience with Paul Fosh auctions. From the very beginning they were polite and friendly. It was so easy to put my property on the market. They did slash the price a lot but only if I was happy with that. Their emails were very useful and regular which I appreciate. I did ask for guidance after the auction was over which I didn’t get. But then it all fit into place and was very quick to completion. They should allow for questions throughout the process as I was a beginner and didn’t have a clue how the auction process works!

Fantastic experience: I have recently transferred over to Paul Fosh lettings in Newport have been really impressed with the service they provide to both landlords and tenants. Excellent communication with all parties throughout the letting process, and the lettings team are always on hand at the end of the phone if you need to discuss anything. This is a world away from the experience I had with a large corporate estate agent in Newport - very glad to have transferred over to Paul Fosh!
