Fantastic experience: I had a property viewing with Rachel who was ever so lovely, informative and made me feel very comfortable- I also dealt with Matthew over the phone discussing our preferences on our first home, he was super helpful, very knowledgeable of the Newport area and it was a pleasure speaking with him. They have shown the company in a fantastic light! I can not say the same for other companys we have viewed properties with.. would definitely recommend these guys.

Negative experience: When I had a valuation I was going to use them as when I bought the property I found them to be fantastic - so after the valuation they then kept putting their solicitor Howells on the paper work and I kept saying I was to use my own solicitor, but the lady kept saying it was easier to use their recommended. When I told them I was using a different estate agent and they asked the reason why, they then acted like it was ok to use my own solicitor. They also hound you, call after call - No matter how many times I ask them to delete my contact number they just won’t do it. I get phone calls every month. I blocked their number and they still leave voicemails. I viewed a house in June and every time I ask them to not contact me again they agree and then call me a month later.

Fantastic experience: Pinkmove swooped in and sold our house for asking price in 3 days! We spent a lot of time picking Rachel and Paige’s brains about various things and they’ve both been incredible! Honestly everyone we have dealt with so far have been absolute credits to the company and we can’t thank you all enough!

Followed up with us after our first viewing with her, which worked out great because we ended up getting the house! Then the progress team, especially Paige and Rachel were so informative throughout the process, so professional and lovely even throughout the most stressful of times and always went above and beyond for us, even when they really didn’t have to. I wouldn’t recommend pink moves recommended solicitors, little to none communication from them but obviously the pink move team completely understood and made up for it 10x more!

Pink Move lied to us repeatedly about build completion dates abc thsts when we could get hold of someone. We have a 3k solicitor bill and no house move completion. I would have given 0 if it was available - funny how all reviews shown are 5 star

Negative experience: They are selling the house I've lived in all my life which My gran left to both myself and my sister. Unbeknownst to me my sister has coerced my 84 year old grandmother with dementia to remove me from the trust as beneficiary and now plans to steal £82,500 from me, my share. I attended pinkmove office In Newport City last week looking to make a complaint in house about their extremely unethical business practice (I've shown them a trust was created naming me when my gran was of competent mind, and even the thief stealing my share has stated to witnesses this was my grans wishes that I be given half, but she's not going to honour those hence having the trust removed.) You need to ring a bell to have someone let you in to the office which is a great sign to start. When I was allowed in I said who I was and why I was there, to make a written complaint. I was asked to go into a back room and wait. Boxes full of shredded paper all over the floor, three disused computer monitors on the floor with leads still protruding everywhere, a disorganised filing cabinet and 15 minute wait. Jodie, who's dealing with the sale of my stolen house, was in a meeting and couldn't come down to see me so I was asked instead "could you please leave the premises." I explained I wished to file a written complaint in house, which is my right and they have an obligation to take it. After I explained this the arrogant woman, looking over her 1960s styled specs said: "No we don't, can I again ask you to leave." So that's what I did. It seems very clear that this estate agents doesnt care much for regulations, consumer rights, rights to make a complaint and the ombudsman rules of responsible licence operating estate agencies and, judging from the state of the "Office", I am not at all surprised. All this company care about is the money they make off of a sale. The people lives they may ruin in the process? Collateral damage. 43 years of my life I've lived at that house, and it was stolen from me by a sly and devious coward and pinkmove response is to not be at all understanding, no empathy for your situation and no recognition of you As a human being. Commission! Sale! Turnover and Profit is the only concern. I get businesses need to make profit to stay afloat, but there is something called the business code of ethics, and pink move don't even make the first hurdle to fall at it. Unethical, the human element is ignored, people are objects and money is all that matters and it doesn't matter to them if your entire future and life is utterly destroyed and taken from you in the process.

Fantastic experience: Would recommend. I started using Pinkmove in 2015 as they were the first local estate agent to offer video tours (not just zooming in and out of still photos). As a small developer and landlord I have sold eleven properties through PInkmove since 2015. They take excellent quality pictures, create and publish floor plans and back that up with a dedicated team to follow up on the sale. I find other agents don’t offer (or can’t be bothered to) offer all these services to a vendor. I find the listing price is usually fair and not inflated just to get the business so I continue to use them. I have no affiliation with them, just reporting as a happy customer following a sale completion this week.

Negative experience: Bought a house through Pinkmove back in May. The viewing was one of the worst experiences, less than 5 min to view the house, very rushed whilst the sales neg was sat on the sofa waiting for me to have a look around, when I was asking a few questions she told me she had another visit (my appointment was 7 min long before the other person got there) The sales progression team was very helpful chasing solicitors from the seller as well. Waited 45 minutes to pick up the key on collection. Didn’t even get a card, I saw other agencies give you goodies and the house was not cleaned at all (not sure if this is something the agency does)

Fantastic experience: Bought our first home via Pink Move a year ago this month. Have to say they were brilliant, particularly Sue who went above and beyond for us kept things moving and helped us every step of the way in a daunting stressful process. However only down side is the solicitors they recommend “New Bold Solicitors” were absolutely shocking, words can’t describe how awful., Id highly recommend avoiding them. Terrible, seriously find your own solicitor.

Negative experience: My partner and I were first time buyers back early 2023. We were viewing a home with a lot of interest and because of this, the estate agent decided to unprofessionally go on her phone in the kitchen rather than talk to us (middle aged, long haired brunette, seemed experienced) , the kind of attitude you’d expect from an agent who knows the house will sell regardless of her professionalism. We ended up being the bidding winners, only then her e-mails perked up. When it came to collecting the keys, they sent us on a treasure hunt. They decided putting the keys in a random small (size of my hand!) black plastic box with a combination sent by text, stuck to the outside of a travel agents in Whitchurch in the RAIN!, what a pleasant way to say ‘Congratulations on your first purchase! And choosing us!’, I’m not sure whether they thought we were young and naïve but it was not the experience I expected with Pinkmove Homes.

After having 4 valuations from different estate agents Pinkmove was inline with 2 of the others which gave me confidence in the market value of my property. Although I decided not to go ahead with selling my property with Pinkmove. I have sold a previous property with them and have had many interactions whilst looking for a new property to purchase.
